Not sure what’s happening here, but definitely seems to be emptying out. Bike Rack, Markham and Fitz, Ye Yos… there’s also the yoga studio, the yarn place, and a bookstore. Used to be a lot more. It’s a really neat place that could be a major destination in town, however it’s starting to look like it’s just an afterthought.
A shopping and entertainment destination, the 8th Street Market has restaurants and retail and live music and a brewery and lots of places to sit and enjoy. It's right next to the Momentary so you can expect the occasional music concert.Parking can be a challenge when there's something going on and they could do more to put in more parking but if you check the parking deck or the space behind the market, you might be in luck.Don't miss climbing on The Bentonville...
I love 8th Street! I don't have any photos because I always eat it right away haha. I always go to the Asian shop at the end. Teriyaki chicken with fried rice is perfect but the real stuff is in the bao! I recommend red bean paste, coco custard and Phoenix Lava! Prepared to wait a bit for your food, not too long but it's not 'fast food'. I always buy a drink at the market in the cheese shop while I wait.
