Customer service is terrible and the manager is the worst of the whole bunch. It's too bad cause their food wasn't terrible and it's cheap. Guess it's Las Palmas for us from now on

Dinner specials 7.99 every night can not beat that fast food combo pricing at a sit down comfortable location. Not fancy but like being in Lita’s kitchen. Great food!

I ordered takeout from here a few weeks ago. Their hours say they are open til 9 but they were closing at 8. May have been shortened due to COVID but they don't tell you that on the website. I ordered fllautas with a side of beans and mild salsa. I got home with no beans and hot salsa. No worries...I am a patron of this restaurant and wrongly figured they would give me that side of beans next time. Wrong....they told me that because I didn't call immediately they could not help me. First of all...a side of beans and you want to argue with a customer that has been in many many times and never complains? Well this time I am complaining. Please post your hours right and fill your orders correctly. I am very sad because this was my favorite place to get table side guacamole but I will now be a loyal customer at Las Palmas from now on. Good service is a plus and I did not get it here.
