Favorite coffee stop in NWA. They stay open later so we can grab a drink before we leave town. Great flavor and service

This is such a fun coffee shop. My family and I always enjoy any opportunity to visit.

I usually really enjoy Airship Coffee—I've been to several of their locations and even buy their beans regularly at Sam’s Club. So it’s really strange and disappointing to be leaving a 2.5-star review today.

I stopped by this location and ordered an iced latte, paid (including a tip), and waited... and waited. The barista served everyone else, even people who came in after me. I eventually overheard one of their coworkers ask if I had ordered anything, and the barista just casually said, “No.”

There were maybe a few people in the shop—it definitely wasn’t slammed. It just felt careless at best, and borderline dismissive. I ended up having to clarify that yes, I did order something, and then finally got my drink. No apology, no acknowledgment. Super bizarre experience.

Still love Airship overall, but I’ll probably be avoiding this particular location moving forward.

Overall a nice coffee shop. The vanilla latte and chocolate cookie were fantastic. However I do not recommend the mango matcha. The matcha was very weak and very overpriced ($8)...

Best coffee in the area. I used to come here and fill up my canisters regularly for cheap, amazing quality coffee. If you like having a variety of selections and being able to refill your canisters, come to this place. They also have great food and baked goods.

Even if you aren't a local, stop by on your bicycle ride or your drive and grab a bit with a nice warm cup of coffee or local beverage of your choice.

This place is awesome looking outside and in and in dog friendly therefore I give them 3 stars. Banana bread was ice cold right out of the refrigerator most likely. I’m not a fan of that sort of presentation or temp I prefer room temperature or better yet heated is my preference but the main Discount in stars is The front counter person was either having a bad day or just needs another job. Being from Texas, we expect some type of high, hello or something that acknowledges that we are there we were met with a blank stare. When I asked about the sizes of coffee, the guy said we only have one size. I guess he was waiting for me to ask what size that is but the four or five second delay tells me that he does not want to be there or doesn’t like me. Luckily the people behind the bar that are handling the coffee and snacks are extremely nice. Next time I’m here most likely will try another spot. You got to do better Airship. New customers are just as important as regulars.

I love airship! I really wish they had almond milk (they have coconut milk and oat milk). I would also love some gluten free food options but I know that can be hard!

They always have the best barista’s and the most welcoming atmosphere!

Airship is the place to go! So many locations and I've never had a bad cup of coffee there.

Not even that busy and had to wait about 20 -25 minutes to get a coffee. They Lost my ticket standing 2 feet from each . Mediocre coffee. Can we normalize not tipping until after service? Horrible experience on a Sunday morning.

If I could give this place a -5 out of 5, I would. This was probably the worst matcha and coffee I’ve ever had. The drinks were ready in about five seconds, which at first seemed like fast service—but after tasting them, I understood why. Coffee should take time and care, and this clearly didn’t. My Keurig makes better coffee, and I usually drink espresso, which says a lot.

This coffee was a complete disappointment—honestly, an embarrassment to the coffee industry. We ended up throwing our drinks away immediately, wasting $14. Definitely not worth

(update)- First of all, if you’re looking for a better review, the petty tone in your reply wasn’t necessary. I’ll admit I may have been petty too—but I don’t really care about the quality scale of your beans. I drink coffee almost daily and I’m more than qualified to judge what’s good and what’s not. Take a cue from places like Onyx or Boulders Coffee heck, even 7 Brew makes better coffee, and I’m not even a big fan of theirs. 211 Cafe makes even better take notes.

What up? What up? What up?

My people you are probably wondering, what is this Texan doing all the way in Arkansas. Well trying food so you don’t have to travel so far to try food!

So let’s get to it, my review:

At first glimpse airship coffee at fifth Street is a very cutesy and earthy cafe. The aesthetics are on point. The outside dining is on point. The inside is decorated with art you can purchase and they have merchandise in a corner. As for the logo of this company and the merchandise, I believe it’s very well done and cute.
The service is good and the drinks mediocre. You can tell that they have spent more time perfecting some drinks, more than others. For example, their Matcha drink was underwhelming. I would rate it a two out of five. However, if you come to this place do get the London fog, it was really good and at par with other London Fogs I’ve tried in the past.
As for the food, this is where the true disappointment comes in. You can tell that this place is more of a coffee shop then a food joint. I went ahead and tried the brisket burrito, but it was premade and warmed. Mine was cold in the center. (If y’all can find a solution to this that’d be great!)The meat was dry because it’s been in the refrigerator all night. It was not the best. I rated it a two out of 5. The Salas! I’m from Texas. I need more spice! It did not add more flavor to the burrito. A rule of thumb: If your salsa is not spicy, it should in theory add flavor to your food.

For a last minute pitstop to get a quick drink and a bite to eat I would recommend this place. Just don’t expect too much. *And do not drive out of your way to get it.*

Well, that is all folks! Until next time.
