Love this coffee shop but...Wow! Closed on labor day in a town like Bentonville? The line up at Onyx was an hour long. Do your part and support the town and open on major holidays! We are a tourist town this is bad in general for business and the town.

Beautiful place and some of the nicest staff around. I like coming here for the atmosphere and how welcome it is. The only gripe I have is since I don’t drink coffee, I usually get the matcha. But the default version is a matcha with so much sugar I might as well be drinking ice cream 😅 and then the matcha unsweetened (which I’m glad they offer) tastes old and not drinkable. Once they made it fresh for me (that’s how nice the staff is) and it was actually quite good.

Great place but it’s about 50c more than onyx — for an americano— with worse service and coffee isn’t quite as good. This would probably be the best coffee shop in most cities but is average or below in Bentonville.

Had an Ethiopian bean pour over and a piece of the cinnamon coffee cake. Coffee was great, and the cake was so, so tasty. The space was comfortable and really clean. The staff were very friendly and pleasant.

The cardamom rolls were amazing. Coffee was decent, but their ice machine was broken? So we ordered an iced latte and just got a cold one… Would’ve rather gotten hot if I had known that.

They don’t even have a single microwave in the entire building to warm up their gross pastries, allegedly. Or the barista guy was just lying and didn’t want to warm them up. I find it hard to believe there wasn’t a single working microwave or something in the entire building when they have an entire kitchen in it. And they got my drink order wrong.
