The frozen custard is amazing! It was pricey and it started to melt fast but it was a hot day. I will definitely go back on a much cooler day.

The service is about normal they do freshly poured Frozen Custard they have homemade pop which is delicious. I will definitely be going back there and recommending it to anyone I know

Given the option for a special treat, my kids will pick Andy’s Custard 100 times out of 100 every time. No matter how many times we eat there, it’s the same great tasting custard each time. The Centerton location has been our new favorite location to hit up. The line moves quickly, and the workers are always so friendly. If you’ve never had Andy’s before, some of our favorites are the James Brownie Funky Jackhammer or a Cherry Cheesecake Concrete. I also enjoy sticking to the original vanilla cone as well. However, you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

Service was very fast but the workers did not have good customer service. They got my order wrong (I wanted to substitute an item for something else but instead both were added). When I mentioned that it was wrong the worker who had taken my order was inside but I could hear her and another worker being very passive aggressive to both me and the other worker at the window, acting like I was in the wrong. My order was quickly fixed but I did not receive a receipt or refunded for the extra topping that I was charged. I decided to just take my item and leave without asking for it since they were already upset.

I'm not normally one to leave reviews but I didn't have the greatest experience here for the first time. I asked for my boyfriends jackhammer then ordered mine. It was a chocolate brownie jackhammer with marshmallow creme in the middle. So brownie blended in the chocolate, marshmallow creme in the middle, which was emphasized by the lady taking my order. I received my boyfriends shake first, it was correct. I got mine, it was vanilla so I clarify that it was supposed to be chocolate. She takes it back and I start hearing passive aggressive commentary from inside the building. Whether it was aimed at me or the lady who took my order, I'm not sure. Regardless, that was gross behavior. I didn't get my receipt for the $15 order and when I got my "correct" order, I went home. My jackhammer is incorrect again. They put oreo inside my jackhammer instead of brownie. ;-; first world problems. Anyway, it was a bummer.

Food was great! Staff friendly! The line was stupid long and the wait was absurd. Still worth the visit, just plan on talking to your companions for a long time.

I grew up on frozen custard, but the family just called it homemade ice cream. Didn't know it was actually custard until I was an adult. Andy's tastes just like what I grew up on. Brings back some of the best memories.

Custard was delicious with fresh strawberries and hot fudge. Disappointed they charge .39 to put water in my water bottle!

Bit pricey but Chocolate Frozen Custard is quite tasty and always the goto one! Won’t recommend the vannila one though as it is average in taste.
