Pretty Pathetic.I will order Five Guys from now on. I was debating trying Angus Jack since I know I will get a good burger for a decent price at Five Guys. The experience from Angus Jack was pretty pathetic. Nothing about the order was worth rating. I order the Slap Jack which looked and sounded Amazing. Was expecting 2 Patties with all the fixings for the Slap Jack and received a Naked Burger and bun. The burger was flat and slightly blackened. I order a build a burger with fried pickles. I got what was asked but with reg pickles and not fried. The basket of fries must have been fried frozen. The fries were limp, soggy, not flavorful, probably about the worst fry I have ever had. The sweet potato fries were decent but there were only have 10 of them. I deserve some money back, especially since I paid for 2 patties an only got 1 with nothing on it. I will not be returning.

I always liked AJ's in Springdale and was hopeful for the Bentonville location, but the service is too slow and has been for some time, but just keeps getting worse seems like. It takes way to long in the drive thru. Done giving business for awhile to see if they improve their service.

Love the burgers and home cut fries. The choices of drinks are not so good. Many options on the fountain were either not working or Pepsi products which I'm not a fan of. No ice tea either that I could. The kid who waited on us was ni e just not very enthusiastic or forthcoming with info on menu.

I love Angus Jack burgers! BUT I ordered a Door Dash delivery tonight and when my dasher arrived they had given my order to someone else. When I called the restaurant to inquire I was told it wasn’t their problem. Very poor customer service!

Stopped in before a concert and the burger was piping hot and delicious! ? fries come out hot and fresh to. My burger was well seasoned and juicy beast burger I've had in a while. They also do lettuce wrapped.

I had low expectations walking in. I thought would be a run of the mill generic burger joint. To my surprise was very tasty. Fries were pretty decent too. It sure if the are fresh cut or frozen. I’m betting frozen but still very good. Dining room was very clean. Even the garbage cans were clean. Only grip is most of the ketchup bottles on the table were empty.
We went to AJ's for the first time today. It's "fast food" but it was really good. Lots of burgers to choose from, and they have gluten-free, too. We'd definitely go again!Dietary restrictions: All of their burgers are supposed to be available as gluten-free.

Great place, love the food, but this location is poorly staffed. The cashier told me the kids meal came with six chicken strips when they were really just chicken nuggets.Way overpriced for what you get. Ended up spending way more money than I thought I needed to for a Sunday lunch. I will not be back here.So far, since waiting for my to go order, I've seen multiple orders messed up from the kitchen and poor communication that hinders the staff's ability to properly communicate and rectify issues.Do yourself a favor and never come here. At least not on a Sunday.

Menu states the kids meal is chicken strips. We asked how many chicken strips the kids meal came with, (it doesn't state quantity) and they stated 6. We ordered this for both kiddos to share. They brought food out and it was nuggets, not strips. Two kids cannot share 6 nuggets.Had to reorder and wait with fussy kids, and with very slow service.Additional issue, online menu says $5 kids meals, but menu inside says $6.49.Not a recommended place to eat with children.Kid-friendliness: Awful for children. And, expensive just for nuggets.

Family friendly burger joint! There were plenty of seatings for large groups. I think the is one of thos hidden gems in NWA that should be more popular! This place is like one of those places you'd would take the wife and kids to after church on Sunday as a tradition. Like it just has that type of vibe you know? The burgers are nice and juicy and prob has one of the best cheese pulls that I've had on a burger. I got the slap jack and it was awesome! I asked for extra fresh jalapeños and they delivered! It was littttttttttttttt!

I've been eating at Angus Jack's for a few years now and up until the last 12 months it's been good. If I was a first time customer I can't say that I'd come back though after the last three experiences I've had. I don't know if they are having staffing issues or if COVID hit them harder than most but their quality of service has dropped significantly. First off, I always order their sweet potato fries and they are delicious. Never had a problem with my foods taste, which is one reason this isn't a 1 star. Now the hard part. The First bad experience was when I ordered a burger with sweet potato fries and their agave dipping sauce and didn't get any dipping sauce. I had already left and was back at my desk, so going back wasn't an option. The Second bad experience was very similar to the first. The difference was quantity and quality. They served me half as many sweet potato fries, 1 of them had gone bad, and they forgot my dipping sauce. The Third time was the last for me. I tested them this time to see how it would turn out. I ordered a haystack jack with regular fries, a sweet tea, and a sweet potato fries basket with extra dipping sauce. They failed the test. As you can see in the photo they skipped on the portions, the burger was smaller than normal, and they forgot my sweet tea and extra dipping sauce. When I went back to get the extra sauce and sweet tea they ended up giving me an unsweetened tea. I was back at my desk again by the time I noticed the tea. You have good tasting food and your ingredients appear to be quality. It's a shame your service has dropped. I wish you the best but I won't be visiting again for a while.
