Thursday evening atound 5:30 I pulled through the drive thru for the first time in years. Had just picked up the grandson who needed a chicken sandwich and bunches of curly fries. Since Papaw was filling in, we went ahead and loaded up on a few more bacon swiss chicken sandwiches and fries to feed Babs and others as they got off work. The order taker on the speaker and lady at the window were outstanding. And the $66.05 sacks of fries and sandwiches were fresh as we had to pull up and wait to have them cooked. Grandson and I enjoyed snacking on the fries as we drove home. He was excited to eat his 2 chicken sandwiches with nothing else but ketchup on them. BUT, (and here's the reason for the extreme dissatisfaction) we get home and there's no ketchup on his chicken sandwiches and no chicken on the #9 bacon and swiss chicken sandwich. So, the kitchen crew robbed the window crew of 5 stars.

Beef and cheddar sandwiches continually seem to lack cheddar in their sandwiches. This is the first Arby’s we’ve been too that hasn’t stayed true to their standards. We keep trying and continually the sandwiches give only a hint of cheddar. Normally beef and cheddars will have the cheese throughout and to the point you have to wipe hands after each bite. Not sure if this is where the owner is trying to cut back on costs or a lack of sticking to franchise standards. Staff is incredibly sweet and are always so welcoming and gracious. We never know about our sandwiches until we get home and discover the lack of cheddar. We will keep trying but after a year of trying, I felt like it might be important to note.

Front cashier lady was super nice but I'm guessing the manager stomping and talking over the other employees making it uncomfortable for us both (me and cashier) this was one May 15 around 11:00-12:00 mid day.
