Front cashier lady was super nice but I'm guessing the manager stomping and talking over the other employees making it uncomfortable for us both (me and cashier) this was one May 15 around 11:00-12:00 mid day.
The fries were cold, the brisket sandwich was a 3 out of 10. The service was good.

I frequent this Arby's often so this review is about a menu item. I DO NOT recommend the new classic burger. The best way to serve a burger is hot off the grill. It's like a quarter pound Big Mac. I like the idea but it wasn't very good.
