The breakfast sandwiches are wrapped in foil & kept warm under a heat light which works, except that the slice of cheese inside was barely melted, and the pretzel bun was cold and dry. I think they slapped hot eggs, bacon and a slice of cheese on a room temp bun left over, and never heated the bread. So disappointing, because I usually love Antie Annie pretzels. The bacon and egg were good, but there is so much bread compared to the inside of the sandwich that it buries the flavors. I would rather eat good bread than cake, but after a couple of bites, I ate the bacon and egg and threw the bread away.

Went up to the counter and ordered a plain salted pretzel. Looked like they were running low on pretzels as only a couple left but figured it’d still be soft and good. It was stale, hard and unappetizing. These pretzels are supposed to be soft and enjoyable. Not sure if they were overcooked or old or both. I went back to the cashier and asked if there were fresher ones being made and she said no you got a fresh pretzel and did not agree to give me a fresh one. Bad customer service for a paying customer ordering their signature item that they should have making down perfectly and if not meeting those standards with an order then give the customer a new, better made one for no charge for the waste of money and inconvenience.

Got the cinnamon sugar bites but there was no cinnamon sugar, they were plain. We showed the girl working on Sunday night the 29th, she said she wouldn’t give us any even though we paid for cinnamon sugar. She didn’t even care to fix their mistake. I just don’t get it.

I am originally from Northwest Arkansas. I have recently moved back to Rogers after having lived in NYC for 25 years. I am a mainline Delta Flight Attendant and commute out of XNA to my new base in ATL. I stop at Auntie Anne’s every time I commute—and that’s a lot. I do not like Coke in a bottle so I stop at the XNA location for large fountain sodas—sometimes twice. I love Pretzel Nuggets, too. The employees of this location exemplify the theme of many of my recent conversations—the culture shock I have gotten moving home. They are kind to me. They treat me personably. They are unwavering friendly and professional. Especially Nikki. She and I joke about my preference for fountain sodas. Although it is not their responsibility, they set a tone for my day as I travel to work. I look forward to seeing Nikki and the gang when I go to XNA. I genuinely appreciate this location and your dutifully dedicated employees!!!

It was so early in the morning. I was not in the best of moods after fighting the airport Thanksgiving traffic, however, the 2 ladies, Nikki and Lauren behind the counter (I took note of their names) at the XNA, Auntie Anne's, Paradies Lagardere, Bentonville, Ar., store, were so sweet to visit with me while I waited for them to fulfill my order, they changed my mood for the ever best. They were both so sweet. I need employees like these. Thank you Auntie Anne's.
Love this place!!! Never disappointed when I come through! Ladies are always nice and helpful. 10/10 recommend :)

Every time I try this place, they say they are sold out of breakfast items. It's 7am on a Sunday if you're selling out, make arrangements. I wonder if they are really sold out or if they just don't feel like making breakfast sandwiches.
