I hardly ever do this, but it was so bad today.4 of us went in today, my wife and I are visiting my sister and her husband, they were excited to take us there and had nothing to say but great things to say. After today, they will never go back. The waiter was very rude. I made a joke when we sat down about separate tickets to our waiter (we know it’s a pain and I was trying to break the ice). We ate, drank and had a good time, then the waiter proceeded to create a ticket for everyone and every item, he was so proud of himself when putting them all down on the table. I told him “you know I was only kidding” he rudely replied “that’s what you asked for” and walked away. From there it got ugly, he was extremely combative, I asked for the manager and he and other staff rudely said they were not there. He contradicted himself several times, he said he had other tables to wait on like we were not important. Just an unbelievable experience. Food was great, service was very bad, from all working there.

First time here, Staff was friendly and attentive, variety of food and drinks was good. Had the fajita burrito. Fresh ingredients, overly sized and fabulous. Margaritas were good but expensive with all the taxes for alcohol that you pay here in Arkansas. Highly recommended.

Service was terrible the food was awful. I ordered fajitas they came out room temperature not even sizzling. They brought out food out one by one so my guests had to wait in between to receive the food. The tortilla soup had a pound of salt in it. Ridiculous I could.of gone to Taco bell for better "Mexican"
Definitely my favorite place in Bentonville for authentic, delicious Mexican ??? cuisine, friendly service, happy hour special & cocktails w.a nice variety of Tequilas & Mezcal, premium to mid. Certainly give them a visit solo or with friends, for lunch or dinner, you won't be disappointed. Ohhhh and their chips are crispy, thin & lite?. We had a wonderful time ?‼️

Best Mexican food in NWA!Food was fantastic! The carnitas in verde sauce was amazing, best i have had. Wife got shrimp enchiladas and the shrimp was perfectly cooked, not rubbery at all, and it was diced up with the other ingredients. That small touch makes a huge difference! My daughter got chicken enchiladas and said they were the best she has had.Atmosphere was nice by there were a lot of tv's everywhere but that is typical now.They did forget one of the meals so it did not come out with the others but they fixed it quickly.

Can not believe they are still using bite squad for food delivery. My order arrived cold from them after waiting 2 hours and bite squad and the restaurant are of no help. Any other delivery platforms don’t have these type of issues. They need to find another delivery

We have never had poor service here. It is really difficult to find a place in NWA that has consistency with service and good food. This place knows what they are doing. But the new salsa tiny plastic cups have to go!!! Whoever came up with that idea needs a time out.
