The employees of this location exemplify the theme of many of my recent conversations—the culture shock I have gotten moving home. They are kind to me. They treat me personably. They are unwavering friendly and professional. Especially Nikki. She and I joke about my preference for fountain sodas. Although it is not their responsibility, they set a tone for my day as I travel to work. I look forward to seeing Nikki and the gang when I go to XNA.
