I pickup from here regularly a Biryani and had to dine in recently.Food:1) Samosa - Was good, no red chutney only green2) Biryani - Was good. Somehow the to go quantity and preparation I have had was better.Ambience1) Basic. Bathroom access isn't hidden.2) Plastic decorations.3) Looks like only Telugu music will be played. Sometimes music will be switched off.4) Thermostat had an issue and was chirping throughout the meal. Talk about lousy ambience. Management isn't into managing ambience. Talked to 3 people including the manager Sai and no one took any action. Standards are low.5) Brown paper napkins. Looked similar to ones used in toilets.6) Seat had uncleared food crumbs and the floor was dirty. I didn't see a cleaner in sight.Service:1) Front desk was unmanned. Assumption is you are picking up. So effectively no service.2) You pick your own seat. No ushering.3) Thermostat chirping wasn't acknowledged as something that would impact ambience. The magic word sorry wasn't used by Sai, the manager. I said to him I just want to point out the service issues before I review the experience. He cut me short and said are you trying to .....mail us? Management needs English education and training on how to behave in an American setting.At best an average place for To Go/Pickup food.

Food is too good and delicious. I was very impressed with the quality and quantity of the food I received. It was exactly what I was hoping for. The customer service at this place is excellent.
This place has good food and the best taste and the customer service meets the expectations however you need to have patience when you order since this place has too many customers and take out orders. We should understand from their perspective too being humans it is not too easy to prepare fresh food within seconds. I came from Kansas to meet my Frnd’s and i like this place and food.
Biryani was OK. Was it flavored rice mixed with masala for whatever “biryani” you order? Probably what you could in any run of the mill Indian restaurant anywhere in the US. Not a bad place but my journey for good biryani continues.

We are on the way to our trip and we stopped at this restaurant and we really enjoyed the food and service/ Hospitality and the main satisfaction was about frontdesk lady the way she reacted while we entered to till we completed with our dinner and the food we ordered Ghee roasts chicken biryani and which is ultimate. Its worth on going here

We took our family here when they visited from out of town. They've recently remodeled and did a great job. The food was really good they definitely have the best biryani around! The dosa was also good.

I decided to place an order through the Pringles api for convenience, but little did I know it would turn into a nightmare.Upon arriving at the restaurant, the front desk lady seemed utterly clueless and indifferent to my presence. She couldn't even bother to check if my order had been received, let alone offer any assistance. Instead, she brushed me off with a careless remark to call customer service for a refund. Excuse me, what kind of customer service is that?Reluctantly, my friends and I decided to dine in since we were already there. However, the lack of hospitality continued as our server greeted us with a face that could curdle milk. Not a single smile or hint of warmth. It's as if we were inconveniencing her by being there.Now, onto the food. Frankly, it was subpar at best. I couldn't help but wonder if the chef's mood matched that of the staff, because the lack of flavor and presentation was evident in every dish we ordered.To add insult to injury, I left the restaurant without leaving a tip. Normally, I wouldn't dream of doing such a thing, but the abysmal service and quality of food left me with no choice. If you expects patrons to tip, they should ensure that their staff provide at least a semblance of decent service.In the future, I implore this place to be transparent about their online ordering system. If it's not functioning properly, have the courtesy to inform potential customers beforehand. A simple notice on Google would suffice. No one enjoys wasting their time on lengthy phone calls to customer service because of a failure on the restaurant's end.Overall, my experience at Bawarchi was utterly forgettable, and I have no intention of returning anytime soon. Save yourself the trouble and dine elsewhere unless you enjoy dismal service and lackluster food.
