Got free samples of brisket in line. Me and my girlfriend got an extra serving of the mac and cheese for free as a courtesy for having to wait for it to come out. I feel like I don’t have to say any more about the service, these people do customer service right.As for the food: possibly the best mac and cheese I have ever had, top notch fatty brisket, pulled pork was so much better than the normal unseasoned pork i’m used to from bbq restaurants, and amazing street corn.This place is phenomenal. Highly highly recommend.

Great food and a very friendly staff. There’s a relaxed atmosphere and casual outdoor seating. I had Brisket and Turkey which were excellent. I would highly recommend stopping in for a bite.
My slab of brisket had 4 bites of meat. It was cold fat. Beans were cold as well.

Just want to start off and say I have never been a fan of leaving reviews, but I had to about this place. I will say this I asked for three meat plate told the gentleman to pick the meat and the sides (dealers choice) and he did not disappoint. I did see that they were making sausage and they had a hot link which I knew I had to try and man was it good had just the good amount of heat with out it being overpowering the other flavors. Link was not dry or packed densely together, very rarely do you find one one with so much too it (I would buy it in bulk). Gentlemen did say they have other flavors that will be ready( yes please) The other meat seasoned right brisket was decent think wrapped really tightly being stored softend the bark just alittle to my liking, pulled pork was not dry hit just right. Rib was tender talking pick it up and blow on it would make it fall apart was good seasoning on it was something didn't get drowned out when you put sauce on it. Now I will say the sides was something pickles to me seem homemade same with the pickled onions (I would buy that jar asap), the collards were not bad think for the standard of restaurant I usually avoid the collard, here I would order it think they and done right which is a rarity, mash potatoes and gravy have me shook alittle the flavor of the gravy Is I amazing evey bite left me wondering and waiting more. I did try the kimchi coleslaw which for me who makes kimchi and eats it I like alittle kick to it, which the kimichi had all the flavor and texture was amazing just preference to heat level, would be nice to have two options.The atmosphere is good we went alittle after they opened it was quite, they have Togo continues in the dining portion of the room which is really nice. The chairs Is my only knock just for me being a bigger guy visually had me worried I was going to go all hulk as soon as I sit.This has been added to my list of places to come too frequently.

I had my standard order for every new bbq place I visit. Pulled pork sand, bbq beans and potato salad.Pork was awesome - sides were great. Beans had a unique sweetness.The 5 sauces to choose from were all outstanding. Spicy, Classic and Vinegar were my favs.I’ll be back to try different cuts!

Nice BBQ joint in Bentonville. You order off a chalk board. If they are out there is an X next to it. We have been here a few times before reviewing. The pulled pork is phenomenal. It’s put on a board and sauced before it goes on your sandwich. Also had the nachos. They were great. I’m pretty sure the chips are homemade too. Nice crunch with the right amount of salt.
LOVE IT!!!! Don't Stop what you are doing. We enjoyed every single bite. Don't change anything from the ingredients or recipe, unless you think it needs it. Excited to try any new recipes as well. Just one request bring back chicken thighs. But if not I completely understand.

The barbecue is amazing. We tried a bit of everything, and it was all fantastic. The brisket was wonderful, the sausage has hints of pepper and sage, the ribs were delicious, the pork burnt ends were to die for. The sides had so much care and thought put into them. The mashed potatoes were the best I have ever had. The Mac and cheese was great, the street corn was amazing, and the kimchi slaw made a believer out of someone who hates slaw. The owner is so nice we got to chat with him for a moment. It is clear that he puts his passion in this place. Amazing. My new favorite BBQ in NWA.
