Got a couple of muffins and a couple of cookies here they were very tasty and the service was good.

I ordered a custom gender reveal cake from out of state to be delivered to my family and they did such a lovely job! They were so responsive and had a very fast turn-around. They also did a beautiful job of taking my online instructions and making it a reality. Thank you guys so much for making this gender reveal so special!

Amazing cake and experience at Bizzy B's Bakery. We are in town visiting for the week and celebrating three birthdays and Bizzy B not only made the whole experience easy and stress free but the cake was over the top amazing. Moist, delicious chocolate cake with mousse filling, the icing tasted delicious, the rock candies were tasty and fun to eat, and the decorations turned out perfect. By far the easiest cake order I have ever made and so happy Bizzy B called me back after making my cake inquiry, making the whole process stress free. Thank you! Everytime we are in Bentonville I'll be purchasing cakes and pastry from Buzzy B.

They put together a custom order for me the same day when not another bakery in town would consider doing it without 24 hours notice. And it wasn't because they weren't busy lol.

Great cake and looked good, but the 2 tier cake fell apart about 30 minutes after delivering. The rod was not centered

I ordered fruit tartlets and lemon tartlets for my daughter’s baby shower. Very friendly and helpful when I went in to order, carried them out when they were picked up. They were so pretty and both were delicious. Highly recommend.

Wasn’t helped due to the employees not “seeing” me or “hearing” me although I was waiting in line to be helped. Very rude.

I ordered a cake for my daughter’s 13th birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing—especially considering the cake cost over $80. The cake was placed in a box that wouldn’t close because it was too tall, making transport stressful and risky. “Happy Birthday” wasn’t written on the cake itself, but on the platter, which wasn’t what I expected and didn’t give the celebratory look we wanted. The designs were also messy and didn’t look like professional bakery quality. The taste was just okay—nothing special, and honestly, I’ve had better from Sam’s Club and Harps.
I chose this bakery based on great reviews, hoping to make my daughter’s day special. I even sent them an email with this feedback two days ago and have yet to receive any response. Disappointed in both the product and the lack of customer service.

The cake itself was pretty but the hello kitty was our biggest issue, because it was the main decor. If you can’t do it, please don’t say that you can and we will find another place. We paid $60.

Obsessed with the birthday cake I had from Bizzy B’s this year! My partner coordinated all the details with them and they knocked it out of the park. 💖
