Looking at everyone's dishes, they were all fresh and pretty delicious. I personally had the Hawaiian Bowl and wished it had had more greens or slaw (and less rice). It did have seaweed salad in it, which was a win. Overall:, very good with the tuna in it.
We drove three hours from kansas city to go to this restaurant. (We had been there before) The lobster bisque gets 4☆s They were out of calamari at lunch. 0☆ The poke nachos only had 4 sm chunks of tuna and was also lacking flavor. 1☆ The lobster roll was so dissapointing. 1☆ It looked fine, but had no flavor at all... i've had better canned lobster, so if this was supposed to be fresh it was not good. 2 bites but did not finish it. The poke bowl was also very deconstructed...
A family friend recommended Blu when he heard we were going to Bentonville. We love fresh seafood and had questioned how fresh the seafood would be this far from the coast. We were very surprised by everything about Blu. The seafood was very fresh. There was a lot of variety from salads, soups, hot and cold appetizers to sushi, sandwiches and full meals. We had the lobster bisque which was good as any we have had (except maybe in Scotland). It was thick and hardy which chunks...
