I ordered dine in and I didn’t get a tray. My fries were really hot and fresh but my chicken tenders were cold like they sat out the entire time they waited for the fries. It was a long wait time for no reason it seemed like. Short staffed I guess. They waited until the very last minute to tell me they were out of gravy and then stuffed my food in a bag probably hoping I’d leave. I was really disappointed with my lunch today.

Stood up front for 20 minutes and wasn’t even acknowledged. The guy up front checked out a group of customers in the ice cream section. Then walked over to the grocery side and checked out some customers which I was okay with. A new customer came in and went to the ice cream line. And when the cashier came back instead of helping us who had been there for a lengthy amount of time waiting to order he decided to help the new customer in the ice cream section. We asked for assistance and was told to wait a minute with his index finger. In what world does a worker not understand customer waiting time and ignore customers who have been waiting longer. This is the worst braums experience I have ever had. Ended walking out due to the disrespect from the curly haired cashier working up front around 4:10 August 18,2025.

Got a breakfast sandwich. Raw biscuit and runny egg. Don’t know what the cheese was.

I've moved away and visiting this week and hit up braum's twice. I ordered the Black Forest Sundae and although it was pretty good, it was just sloppily presented.
