You know when you go to a chain restaurant and you can tell immediately that no one gives a shit about their job because they're so poorly paid and the checked out owner is somewhere in Florida complaining about his profits not being high enough? This is BWW Bentonville. Service is slow AF. We waited 45 minutes for our appetizers. After 1 hr 15 min we asked them to cancel our mains and just left. Restaurant was 50% full, plenty of open tables. Wings were ok. There are like 150 better restaurants in NWA. I can't imagine this location is long for this world. I'm sure the "owner" will respond with some generic promise to do better, bc they've done that on a lot of recent reviews, but I wish they would do the actual hard work of hiring enough employees (and treating them well enough that they stay) that customers can be served good food in a reasonable time frame. We just left and went to Chil-fil-A

Ordered take out my bag was covered in what I would assume was soda that also seeped into my food. Super disappointed, didn’t notice this till I was already home.

Horrible service, I had to get up and look for someone to help me with a refill because my server was on the other side talking, she never came after the food was brought, even to pay I had to get up and ask for the check, after a few minutes she showed up with it and I said ok I'll pay up front, she said that I had to go with her, and I told her that she was not there and that I wanted to pay up front, she got upset because I didn't even want to deal with her. Every time we needed something we made eye contact but she never came, the place was almost empty but she was at the bar chatting with a group pretending she was cleaning glasses. I don't expect them to be at my table all the time but at least to check on us, I wanted to cry, I hope no one has to deal with what I experience today

This place doesn't even deserve one star. I Dont even know where to start. First off, me and my family went in. After we were sat, we did get our drink orders taken. However, it took over 15 minutes for us to get those drinks. In this time our server "Tyson" had not checked on our table once. After finally getting our drinks, we were ready to order our food. However, he started to take the order of someone else that was sat after us. My dad had went up to the bar to ask for a manager. The lady at the bar was focused on counting money, and told him to give her a sec. Right after that, a manager(Shirley) did come up to a table, probably after sitting there for a good 45 minutes. Order was taken(Just an appetizer,a chicken caesar salad, and a few orders of wings, and a kids grilled cheese). Not that big of an order,and she said it would be out soon. We waited another good 30 minutes. Food was still not out, and our server "Tyson" had still not been back to check on us. This is when the table that had got there after us, got their entire meal. At this point we were all pissed and ready to leave. We all walked up to the register, and just wanted our check. We did get cashed out, and considering we only ordered 5 drinks, and that's all we paid for. My dad spent over $48. Totally not worth it. He had said to me that out of his 58 years of living, it was the worst service of his life, and I completely agree.

Side note: Resturant was not busy. Was really dead, and everyone else in the resturant only had drinks on their table. Me and my mom are in the service industry, and we know what's to be expected. Bathrooms also smelled like urine, and in the womens bathroom there was black mold on the counter where the mirror is. The staff there had no idea what they were doing. Even the manager look like she didn't know how to even take orders. Horrible experience, and if you want actual service from this resturant, I would not recommend this place AT ALL.
I would definetely give it 0 stars if I could. I would even go as far to go negative. Please if you are wanting to go out to eat DO NOT eat here.

Complete Trash , we sat for more than an hour waiting on food. Then when we asked what was taking so long the manager was very rude. Love BWW but will not be a customer of This one ever again

After waiting for over an hour to get our food, I asked our server (as she bypassed our table) about our order. She said she would check on it. 15 minutes later I noticed her carrying a tray of food out and assumed it was our order. Wrong! She went to a different room. I waited patiently for her to finish at that table (btw their order wasn’t all correct) and asked her again about what she found out about our order. She told me that she could get her manager to speak with me. It was now 1 1/2 hours since being seated. The manager came out and gave excuses that she had new personnel cooking and that the order would be up soon and she could give us a 10% discount. She then went back into the kitchen and said they were placing the food on the tray or we could get it to go. We were very disappointed with the excuses for the poor service and decided to leave the establishment to which the manager said “have a nice night.”
I would definitely NOT recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a restaurant in the Bentonville area.

I can’t give a review of the food due to the fact that after 1 hour and 30 minutes, we never got our order and left. We asked the manager regarding our order and was told they could maybe give us a 10% discount. I just wanted my food and left! I have never been to a restaurant that tried to make me feel bad that I sat there for over an hour and never got our order. Congrats on being the worst! Anyone thinking of going here, please take a moment to value your time and enjoy the many other great restaurants that this area has to offer!!

We got to this restaurant at 6:50pm at 8:20pm we still didn’t have food and no one checking on us. When we finally went to speak with the manager about this, the manager argued with us and said we might could get a 10% discount if that. We had a group of soccer players who didn’t get to eat and had to be back for a meeting. Very unprofessional and will not be coming back and do not recommend. .

The service here at this location is absolutely terrible. It wasn’t busy when we got to our table. Took us 45 minutes to get our alcohol beverages. Another hour to get our food and another hour before getting our tickets which was also not correctly done. Then took another 25 minutes to get our cards back. We waited for three hours and thirty minutes before we could even leave. Never really came and asked how we are doing like they are supposed to. Honestly have had better service at busier location. I think you guys need to work on your customer service.

We went on a Wednesday. The server (Tiffany) was very rude. She was training a new person which is odd because she was not a good server.
When she delivered the mozzarella sticks, she literally threw them on the table like she was angry at us & left. We were confused as to why she was mad. She didn't check on us - she didn't ask us if we needed anything. She didn't refill drinks. She ignored us the entire time. A different server brought us our food. We never received refills on water. Tea or anything. She treated us like we were annoying her by even being there. She seemed angry the entire time we were there Annnd.... I'm never coming back to this establishment!! It's not worth being treated that way.
