We ordered delivery through the BWW website and we didn’t get one of our drinks and one of our entree’s. When we called the store they told my husband they have problems with DoorDash all the time and their manager checks every order before it goes out the door. Well, they checked it so well that I didn’t get my dinner, so thanks for that. The girl on the phone then told us to take it up with DoorDash. Now we can’t find a way to contact DoorDash because we didn’t order through DoorDash. Probably won’t do BWW for a while and definitely won’t be ordering delivery. Very disappointed…

Honestly the fried pickles was good but the wings were cold as if they were just sitting out at room temp. On top of that our server Clarissa seemed really awkward with me and my fiance and seemed to only come to check on us the 2 times I got up to go to the bathroom. It was my first time ever coming here and honestly we won't be coming back. I am not impressed and the bill was way more than I expected it to be. Could have spent my money elsewhere instead of spending it on food that was mediocre at best. Lil Caesars wings are way better and at least they're fresh and hot

You’re better off eating rocks than this chicken. The fries taste 3 days old and the ranch tastes like mayonnaise. The only thing good about the meal were the celery and carrots.

They take too long and when they take the order it is incorrect if you are already very hungry look for other options the time they take is too long it is not worth waiting!!!

My wife ordered online, and I went to pick it up. When I got there, the person at the TOGO counter said the order wasn’t ready. Then someone else came back saying they’d gotten the wrong order. I waited around for 15 minutes with no update or acknowledgment, so I asked another employee to check on mine.
Turns out my order had been given to that other customer by mistake. They tried to hand me the returned order, which I obviously wasn’t okay with. I asked for a full refund, and here we are—over two weeks later—and I still haven’t gotten it.
At this point, it honestly feels like they just took my money. Not even an apology from anyone at Buffalo Wild Wings in Bentonville.

My family and I have been going to BWW a lot lately and tonight has the first time we have heard music no kids should be listening to. The rap music being played was inappropriate. Cussing and talking about having sex and a lot more. BWW needs to change the music that can be played. BWW on Moberly should be avoided if you don’t like the ghetto thug music influencing your kids.
The drinks were great but the wings were dry, we had to ask for more sauce on the side. Overall could have been better.

Recently went and it took about an hour and a half to seat us, even though we could see open tables. The host just kept disappearing. The restrooms were also very nasty and something was dripping from urinal stall. I know it’s a buffalo wild wings so don’t expect top notch but come on lol 😭 I am also trying to place an online order now and call and nobody is answering and it says unavailable for online ordering?

We waited for 2.5 hours and everything came out sporadically. All wings came out ice cold and we found 2 hairs, also a hair in one of the beers. Everyone else was experiencing the same service. I will not be going to this location ever again.
