We stopped at the Rolling Taco food truck parked in the downtown Bentonville area during the weekend farmers market and absolutely loved our tacos! We tried the carnitas tacos with the hot salsa. They have a variety of different tacos fillings, along with breakfast burritos and tacos. These tacos and burritos are the perfect snack to enjoy while walking around the market. I've been here many a times and this place is WONDERFUL. I've had their chicken quesadillas and I get their street tacos about every Saturday at the Bentonville farmers market and most recently I got their rice and beans and those were also lovely.
