I guess tacos are good, but I got a burrito bowl at the new walmart campus location, and the chicken was mostly burnt, and everything tasted horribly bitter because of that. I couldn't enjoy the taste because of the burnt flavor. I couldn't finish it.
The family that makes up Rolling Taco are amazing people. We used them to cater my son's wedding at the beginning of June this year.
The wedding was for 50 people and there was plenty of delicious food.
They had booked First Friday, had the Bentonville Farmers Market the next morning and then the wedding Saturday evening.
Even with one of the busier times for them, they made sure we were taken care of.
