We had the most horrific expectations vs. reality experience with our cake. The inspo picture vs reality is below. So disappointed in the final product.
We never got a text back when we confirmed the flavors, design, and date before the wedding either. Overall, not a great person to work with.
$800 down the drain.
Only reason I’m giving two stars is because it at least tasted good.

We had a 3 tier naked caked with Cinnamon Twist flavor and it was phenomenal! The cake was so moist, the texture was beautiful, and the icing was amazing! I did try to call them about custom cakes the representative answering the phone which was an audio call FaceTime video called me which I’m assuming was an accident. While confronting the same she hung up felt unprofessional and rude. Haven’t tried cakes just rating on the customer service

Robbin made our wedding and groom's cake. Both were absolutely delicious and beautiful! We had a special request to have our pets peaking out from the back of the cake and Robbin delivered! It was one of my favorite details of the wedding. We had a tasting and then a second one to mix and match some of the flavors. Each of the 3 tiers had a different flavor combination. She was good to work with, just be sure to keep track of your payments (as this is with everyone in the wedding industry). Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend her!
