Oh Capriotti’s, you beautiful temple of sandwichs and delight. In the quaint heart of Bentonville, I wandered in, famished, curious, and a touch dramatic. I ordered the Cole Turkey, a sandwich sung about only in whispered legends, but made one small request: “No coleslaw, please.” And lo! They listened. Not just heard me, but honored me, as though I were royalty visiting the kingdom of cured meats. The bread was pillowy and noble. The turkey tender as a sonnet. Each bite, a harmonious chorus of flavor, a love letter to sandwiches everywhere. To the staff, I thank you for your kindness and precision. To the sandwich, I shall dream of you. And to Capriotti’s, I shall return again and again in pursuit of lunchtime transcendence.

Staff are super kind and full of big smiles! Cristian and Marco in particular are both super friendly - they really care about their roles within the restaurant and go above and beyond for customers.

Lunch & Learn event for 10 with individual lunch orders. Capriotti's made the catering process easy! From order, pickup, and handing out each menu item (they put the individual's name on each ordered item) it was smooth! Capriotti makes excellent sandwiches using quality meats, cheeses, breads and sauces - and the food was well received by all! Special thanks to Christian (Capriotti's in Bentonville Manager). He went above and beyond!

The food was good—not the best sub I’ve had, but definitely not bad either. The portion size was decent for the price. I ordered the Chicken Chipotle Crunch (medium) and a Brookie, which is a cookie layered over a brownie—it tasted decent. The only downside was the soft drinks being over $3, which felt a bit pricey.

My husband's Bobbi sandwich was pretty good, not great. I ordered a chopped salad because it had many of the same ingredients as the Italian Sandwich. Unfortunately, they must consider meat and cheese to be a condiment because there were no more than two tablespoons combined on top of my salad. Note: The meat and cheese were chopped, but the lettuce was ordinary shredded lettuce meant for sandwiches. The taste was okay, but I left there starving because of not getting the protein I wanted.

I got the plant-based turkey sub. It was great. You need to remove cheese and mayo. Next time I’ll ask for extra veggies. I wish they would’ve had vegan cheese and mayo, though. 

The staff were super sweet and efficient. The restaurant was also clean which is huge. It sucks sitting at dirty tables

20+ years ago I watched an episode of Food Network's Unwrapped that showcased a unique sandwich call the Hot Bobbie - a full Thanksgiving meal leftovers feast wrapped in a soft roll. Well not having a Capriotti's in my state then, I had to try and forget about this great sandwich.

Until now, when passing by this shop, the name Capriotti's tickled some dark recess of my mind and I discover this is the place who made that Hot Bobbie sandwich I saw all those years ago.

The owner really cares about his shop and takes pride in their food. I see everyone talking about their cheesesteaks and italians and pastramis, but I think their turkey is the star. They roast whole turkeys and simply shred it, this isn't deli meat. The flavor is delicious and the Hot Bobbie is everything I waited 2 decades for.

Great sandwich shop in AR, and I hear they are opening a Capriotti's in the Springdale area sometime in 2025.
