I loooove Chick-Fil-A, my 20,000 lifetimes points will speak to that but recently I’ve noticed this location has kind of been slacking.. Straws, utensils, SAUCES, Missing. Quality of food, Gross. What’s going on? New employees, Lazy employees? Usually this location is on top of everything. What’s changed? Just 2 weeks ago I ordered a 10ct chickin minis and I GOT CHICKEN NUGGETS, I never have any complains but seriously?

The kids running the drive thru were rude. I asked if I could purchase a gift card and they said I had to go inside. I’ve never experienced that before at a chick fil a. Have recently gotten gift cards in the drive thru at other CFAs in NWA. Don’t go here if you want warm and friendly faces. Horrible. Just awful.

Told Victor I haven’t been to a CFA before, got an annoyed look and asked “so what do you want” instead of being able to see a menu. Same person said, “damn bro” and “It’s not even lunch yet, why are all of yall here.” Doesn’t meet the hype, wouldn’t choose this location again. Shameful, for a supposed service-oriented company.

Door dashed a meal yesterday and got my large fry but it was half full. It happens. Went through the drive through today and ordered the same thing, repeated to me when I got my order that I got a large, get back to work and I have a medium. Only mad because chikfila never gets my order wrong. It’s fries and a chicken sandwich. Like what the heck guy 😅 not coming back to this one.

I’ve been to Chick-fil-A 100+ times and this was actually my only bad experience. Staff was rude when wondering how to order a family meal apparently you can only do it on the app. Then got home after 40 mins round trip to find that my husband sandwich was completely missing. They said if you can’t come back they’ll try to put the sandwich in your Chick-fil-A account and acted like they were doing us a favor but giving us a sandwich we already paid for?! Awful customer resolution. Extremely disappointed our experience at this location!!

I usually have great experiences at Chick-fil-A, but this time my order was missing the fries. I had ordered it for traveling, so I ended up being hungry for a while because part of my meal wasn’t included. The food I did receive was good, but the miss was disappointing. Hopefully this was just a one-time mistake

I ordered a salad through DoorDash. It was delivered with brown soggy lettuce. I received a refund from DoorDash and ordered another salad thinking that it would be fresher this time because it’s during peak lunch hours. Well, I was wrong and the second salad was just as nasty.
