Don't make the same mistake I did.. use the right lane for mobile orders. 9PM Drive thru attendant didn't want to look up my order (with 2 other cars there), just told us to drive around and go to the other lane. We all know darn good and well they can look up orders. Inconvenient and unhelpful. We'll stick with the Rogers location.

Again sadly this location has failed me… first off the line system is awful (yes I know multiple locations have the same system and it’s awful at the other locations as well this one just takes longer and makes more mistakes) even when you have your food you have to wait for the rest of the people in front of you to get their food and it can be anywhere from a drink and some fries to 2-3 bags of food. I don’t understand how this is anymore helpful for the customer only the company profiting to get more people in the line to make it seem like they are moving faster but in reality they just have more and bigger car lanes and send employees throughout the line to deliver food. I’m very disappointed as well because like our last visit my son got the wrong chicken sandwich again. This is why we don’t hardly ever visit this location anymore it’s ridiculous. And because of this disastrous line system I was late to something important today do better please and come up with a better system maybe like McDonald’s and have people in front with more items still waiting have them pull over into the extra spaces to the right of the line it’s honestly a very easy problem to solve so fix it.

I came inside and ordered a mini chicken biscuit meal this morning to go. Got back into my car to eat, and the biscuits were not cooked all the way.... very wet and soggy on the bottom. The chicken was good. I just ate the chicken without the biscuits...

Drive through. Why would you put the man with a hearing disability as the order taker. Couldn’t get my husband’s name right. The order was simple but that was botched as well! Think I need to call corporate about how poorly this store runs! I love Chick fil A but this place is run by idiots who don’t cater to their staff’s strengths and think the customer spending their money is supposed to understand. I think the only reason this store is still open is because it’s right next to the interstate. I think I will go to the W. Walnut store from now on

Im disappointed with my recent visit to Chick-fil-A. I was really looking forward to having some fries and mac and cheese, but both items were unavailable. I understand things can run out, but it was frustrating to show up craving those specific sides and not be able to get them. I hope they improve their stock and availability, as these are staples of their menu

Arrived at CFA hoping to get in and out. Placed our order on the mobile thru which they have been saying is supposed to help us get in and out faster. Well- we get around and it took 10 minutes for our order. Not only did it take 10-15 minutes to receive our order our sweet tea was unsweetened. For $30 for 2 meals not really worth it. There’s better Chick-fil-As.

Constant issues with this location. I’ve never been to a Chick Fil A that was so poorly managed. I have an issue with my order almost every time or items are missing. Last night I picked up a Southwest salad. It was strangely more full than usual. The lid wasn’t closing well. I looked at the bottom and it was old brown soggy lettuce underneath. Someone had topped it with fresh lettuce to disguise the expired salad. It was literally so old, the bottom was soaked with brown gooey liquid and molded lettuce.

was slow very bad i had a guy try to lick my food he was eating my food in the back another man grabed my wifes hand and said come with me.... my wife left me. i was wanting to run but i orderd all the food so i had to stay. it took half a light year to get the food out i mean wow. at the time that the food came i was crying and apperantly i was cossing such a dis ruption they kicked me out with no food.

so they took my money my wife my tears and much more.

Like most of the reviews on here I wonder why this location cannot get an order correct? I avoid this location because of consistent problems, but made the mistake of ordering DoorDash, which will use the location closest to you. Door dash did great. The order is correct, the receipt is correct, the tag on the outside of the bag is correct. The food is wrong. Chick fil a says sorry, contact DoorDash, even though DoorDash did everything right. $20 later I have the wrong meal and no interest from chick fil a to help make anything right.

Was in the line this morning ordered through the mobile app my breakfast, which was just a plain chicken biscuit. Nothing else there was a long pause of about 10 minutes. Because the young females up there refused to quit talking so much and pay attention to the line and customers which I overlooked ya know no biggie , but then one of the little girls that was just a chatting away gave the man behind me his food, which was a bigger bag with a soda and then came up to my car and handed me my stuff and yes, I was in front of him. Yes, I had been waiting longer than him only to get my biscuit and it’s hardly edible because of the fat on the chicken

So much for their mobile app to make things quicker. Saw 5 people order after me and still receive their food before I did. Waited in the mobile line for over 10 minutes without any employee assistance. And they served people well behind in line as well. Will not be coming back to this location
