I came in my husband and ordered a sassy Scotty on a croissant with regular chips. The croissant was super hard. You couldn’t even poke your finger through it. I took it back up there and told them and said instead of a sandwich can I please have a scoop of fruity Fran only. They wouldn’t do that because I didn’t originally order that flavor. Had their Croissant not been hard as a rock I wouldn’t have been up there in the first place. Then she put the new sandwich on the same plate with the Original croissant sandwich and gave it back to me. Awful service!

We love this place and eat there several times a month. Chicken salad just about any way imaginable. Nice people there. Good sevice.

Exquisite is all I can say. You can't go wrong with any salad you choose. 14 different salads of your choice. Today we had Sassy Scotty on a croissant, tortilla soup, pimento cheese sandwich., mac and cheese., chicken salad melt on a croissant, and fruit. So Delectable!

Daughter took me here in Arkansas Bentonville/Rogers area. I was very skeptical but this place was the "Bomb." Excellent service and staff super friendly staff and food was spot on, Excellent food just super delicious. I will return without hesitation and highly recommend.
A+++++, other than getting to visit with my daughter and her family that live there it made my trip from Pueblo, Colorado a very nice treat. Folks just go they give out samples of everything if you like before you order just go it's worth it.

Came in to try Chicken Salad Chick for the first time and it was soooo good! The kickin Kay Lynne on a croissant is top tier and the grape salad was absolutely delicious! The manager is super sweet and so personable, I will definitely be back! 100/10 recommend.

Owner was extremely rude to her employees in front of customers. Making everyone uncomfortable! Really? Treat your employees right and your business will run better; maybe I should apply for the GM position

My first visit, really nice to have something besides the fast food usuals.
Nice atmosphere in the old Smash Burger location ,you won't recognize it at all. Very diverse menu, chicken salad is not just for dieting. The selections will really surprise you. Definitely plan on going back. Worth a try go check it out.

I am only writing this review in hopes that they will see it and do better as I will continue to eat here. Drive-through needs work: they gave me my order without any drinks and then asked what I ordered again, I still received a sweet tea instead of unsweet and no ice and either of the drinks. Granted, the employee did bring us a cup of ice after I asked. No silverware or napkins when I ordered pasta salad, also bread was supposed to be toasted and it wasn’t. I also was not asked if I wanted lettuce, tomato or onion for my sandwich. I will try again!

Heard from a friend that this place was good. I ordered a scoop of Fancy Nancy and a cup of Chicken Pablano soup. It was all good! I enjoyed the complimentary cookie as well. The staff was really pleasant as well.

Portions are extremely small. The broccoli salad side was two bites. The sandwich had a very thin layer of chicken salad on it. Other than that the food was tasty but not worth what you are spending in my opinion.

This was a new experience - really enjoyed the menu and atmosphere.

Top notch service and food. It’s rare these days to find a staff as friendly and kind as theirs is. Amazing chicken salad too. Make sure to check out the quotes in the men’s bathroom too. We’ll be back for sure.
