This location has gone downhill over the years. Dirty lobby and seating area with trash on ground, broken drink machines, always out of food. Mobile orders always late.

So for today, everything was mediocre. I've been to this location before and had a great experience, today, not so much. I think they were really shorthanded. Food prep area was messy, tables to sit at weren't cleaned. The food bins were empty and no one was refilling. And for today, my chicken bowl was just okay - kind of bland. I will go back, but today was not 5 star for sure.

This location is disgustingly dirty and the people working there are rude. They just choose not to make things because they’re short handed (management problem). The girl checking us out was throwing our things. These people have ZERO customer service skills. I will never go back.

Inconsistent. Sometimes service is fast, sometimes there's a huge line and only one person making orders and running the register. They often run out of ingredients and you don't find out until you make it the counter after waiting 20mins

Waited close to an hour for pick up when people in line were getting food. The line went down twice and still no food.

The food is always fresh and the portions are generous.

Too much cilantro in the Pico.

Pretty good food for the price depending on who you have serving you. Sometimes they can skimp on the portion but this last time I went it seemed like there was a new guy that gave big generous scoops.

The location is weirdly close to the highway? I guess it's easy to access if you're just looking to stop in on your way in/out of town.

The bench outside is anti-homeless and honestly looks like shit for how nice the location is.

The seating is nice inside. Lots of large table space to eat at with them set up at interesting shapes and angles.

Kid-friendliness: I'm almost certain all children will be able to find something here they will eat / enjoy

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking is available and there is a ramp to the front door.

This is the 4th time in a month that I have gone to this chipotle at 10:45 and they are not open on time. Multiple times I have watched customers stand outside in the freezing temperatures for 5-10 minutes past their alleged open time. The door says they open at 10:45am however they do not. Instead they watch customers freeze through the windows knowing they are well after open time. Today it was 10:58 when I finally decided to leave after watching them turn people away who tried to enter the unlocked side door - 13 minutes after they should have been open. This is ridiculous. Have your employees arrive earlier so that your business can show some integrity and open on time!!

By far the worst team of people that have ever served me food at chipotle in the history of chipotle. ATTENTION MANAGER IF YOU CARE AT ALL.

Work on your team, they made no eye contact, they acted like I was a nuisance for ordering food there. Forgot my chips (this is like the fifth time they’ve done this)

Sadly nothing will come of this and this review will go unnoticed so thanks for nothing!
