Too much cilantro in the Pico.

Pretty good food for the price depending on who you have serving you. Sometimes they can skimp on the portion but this last time I went it seemed like there was a new guy that gave big generous scoops.

The location is weirdly close to the highway? I guess it's easy to access if you're just looking to stop in on your way in/out of town.

The bench outside is anti-homeless and honestly looks like shit for how nice the location is.

The seating is nice inside. Lots of large table space to eat at with them set up at interesting shapes and angles.

Kid-friendliness: I'm almost certain all children will be able to find something here they will eat / enjoy

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking is available and there is a ramp to the front door.

This is the 4th time in a month that I have gone to this chipotle at 10:45 and they are not open on time. Multiple times I have watched customers stand outside in the freezing temperatures for 5-10 minutes past their alleged open time. The door says they open at 10:45am however they do not. Instead they watch customers freeze through the windows knowing they are well after open time. Today it was 10:58 when I finally decided to leave after watching them turn people away who tried to enter the unlocked side door - 13 minutes after they should have been open. This is ridiculous. Have your employees arrive earlier so that your business can show some integrity and open on time!!

By far the worst team of people that have ever served me food at chipotle in the history of chipotle. ATTENTION MANAGER IF YOU CARE AT ALL.

Work on your team, they made no eye contact, they acted like I was a nuisance for ordering food there. Forgot my chips (this is like the fifth time they’ve done this)

I’m not sure what’s going on with this location but Ive been 4 times in the past two months and they are consistently out of stuff. All four times they did not have fajitas. Never have salad dressing. They were out of steak last time. Yesterday, I tried calling to check if they had stuff but no direct line. Went there at dinner time, they said they were out of stuff again, so I just went to Cava. Thankfully Cava is at the same exit and will probably just go there going forward. I’m new to the area and love chipotle but guess this location is not an option anymore.

This is the dirtiest restaurant I have ever seen. There's food on every table, debris, gum wrappers straw wrappers. Food dropped all over I'm not really sure why there isn't a clean up every 30 minutes at minimum no matter how busy. Cleanliness is way more important. Get another person on staff if it's unobtainable during dinner hours. 3rd time being in here within a week and I'm very surprised it's like this each time. Otherwise the employees and everyone are great. Id just get them some help or see what's going on.

The attendants did not give a shit and gave me steak and brown rice when I clearly asked for white. They when I asked to switch they said I would have to pay for both

Dirty, poorly trained, bad value.

To start, this is the dirtiest chipotle location I've walked into. There was food all over the prep board. All available tables were dirty. And the food containers weren't being rotated, they were just putting the refills of the meat and veggies straight into the containers on the line. Not rotating the cambros on the hot line is extremely unsanitary and against food safety practices.

Locks on the bathroom, like this is Portland.

My wife's chicken burrito had hilariously small portions on everything except the hot salsa, was rolled into a baseball, and exploded salsa everywhere as soon as it was bit into. They basically made a salsa mace bomb.

My burrito was very poorly wrapped.

This is the most disgusting Chipotle location I’ve been to especially food wise. This is my third try attempting this place since i’ve moved here and I regret it every time. This location does not taste like how Chipotle normally should and i’ve had Chipotle in other areas before. The chicken is really gross, even the sour cream and rice didn’t taste right.. like how do you manage that. I never am able to get chips and the last time I did they weren’t cooked all the way.

Food always slaps with freshness and taste, customer service is fair could be friendlier and more attentive to lobby area. Every time I’ve been the tables are dirty so they are not on top or resetting.
