Crackerjack catered our wedding reception, and every guest came up to us and told us that the food was awesome--Crackerjack really made the event. The food is INCREDIBLY tasty, and there's something for everyone to enjoy.
We wanted a food truck at our wedding and we went with Crackerjack because the price was so reasonable and Chef Hector was SO nice, easy to work with, and accommodating for exactly what we wanted. He worked with us regarding logistics, getting power, timing for serving after the ceremony... any issue we thought of he was receptive to it and had a solution.
Truly an awesome business, please come try it!

If you’re craving a good warm and hearty sandwich - look no further! Everything on the menu looked fantastic but we went with the Beefcake. It did not disappoint! The flavors were perfect together. The bacon and the aoli I can’t wait to come back and try one of the hoagies! The service was perfect - friendly, helpful, and quick.
Vegetarian options: Everything seems to be filled with meat but I’m sure with all the things they can make you something with no meat.
Dietary restrictions: Not sure this would be the best options for dietary restrictions.
Parking: Fairly big parking lot for Osage Park - but there typically is lots of open spots.
Wheelchair accessibility: This is outside and the sidewalks are all level with the parking lot. However the walk up to the order window has been built up and has two steps up.

You gotta try the Pua sandwich, the flavors are awesome and the pulled pork was cooked so well - plus there was a LOT of meat for the sandwich which was great to have plenty of meat in every bite. I also recommend the romaine salad, probably the most distinct salad I've ever had and happy to see that for a salad versus the usual options at other restaurants that are always the same.Keep supporting this food truck, it's awesome to have in the area!

Oh my goodness! Where to begin with the Mac and cheese?! Sooo creamy, great portions, and we just had to dig in!
I had charro beans and smoked chicken in mine! Very very good. Definitely like a chili Mac that hit the spot! Sara got pulled pork on hers. She said it was excellent and the flavor of the pork was a great addition to her Mac and cheese! 10 out of 10 recommend 💜

10/10. Absolutely incredible flavor. Adult mac and cheese with smoked pork is fantastic. Great flavor, not overly salty, just perfect flavor. You can taste the whole ingredients, it’s not overpowered and masked with other seasoning.The hodgepodge is pretty much life changing. Amazing flavor… so good! The potatoes were cooked to perfection. Incredible texture! The smoked chicken and Carolina white BBQ sauce really elevate this dish beyond description.Incredible portions also! The meals are 2 dinner sized servings. Very reasonable prices, especially considering the meals will feed 2.

We had the pressure cooker. I think it is easily the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. It’s too much for one person to eat but you will eat it all anyway. Very impressed.

I made my way back to Crackerjack food truck in Bentonville today for the 2nd time. This round I got the Pua sandwich and it’s fantastic! I wouldn’t suggest it for a first date because it’s messy to eat but the smoked pork butt on it practically melts in your mouth. I think I’m going to give the Pressure Cooker a try next round.
