I am not from Bentonville and stopped by. I told them I am new and they gave me a lot of options and opinions. Really great service. I get to the front and hand the lady my cash. She informed me that they only take card or Apple Pay… I didn’t have that at the moment and felt so bad. I was about to leave but the manager let me have my salad and drink on the house. I felt horrible and tried to give them the cash at least but she couldn’t take it since they don’t do any cash handling at all. They were all very sweet and I highly recommend it. The salad was absolutely amazing too!

I had never heard of this chain, but my parents brought me here. It's amazing. (I hope it catches on throughout the US!) Sometimes you need food easy and fast but it can be hard to find fast-food that is fresh, healthy, and delicious. This is the kind of place I've been waiting for. It is fresh, made-to-order, has a seemingly unending options of ingredients/toppings, friendly service, and really not too pricey for the quality of ingredients and size of portions. Everyone please, open a franchise in your area! ? I want to be able to find Crisp & Greens everywhere I go! ?

The idea of this restaurant is great, all whole foods but..I went in and asked if the lettuce was organic or full of pesticides. The workers did not know which usually indicates it is not since organic is a great selling point. Lettuce is the number 1 vegetable that retains pesticide contamination so even though it is a whole food, the owner is selling cancer causing food at an organic price. I really wanted this to be clean and healthy.

Our new favorite fresh food stop. NWA desperately needed this place! Folks in NWA are known for their girth; obesity is a severe lifestyle problem, especially in this region. I often find my flight gate back to NWA by the size of the people waiting at the gate. I'm not kidding.

The choices for salads are great. The atmosphere is not conducive for having a conversation. Everything is loud and everything echos. Minimal indoor seating so if weather is bad, probably won't find a seat inside.
