Workers are friendl, sometimes a little slow but if you’re patient then they’re super nice. Usually don’t have to wait more than 5-10 minutes. Great quality cookies and the atmosphere is amazing.
Love the cookies but they rarely have a good line up that justifies me paying so much for 4 cookies. For example, this week, only 1/8 looks great to me, others are nothing special. Maybe they can start sending out weekly surveys to see what the customers want for the following week, for example. Most people I've talked to feel the same.
I’ve been a long time customer and frequent this location. I have always had great service. Today I ordered four cookies, one being the Pink Velvet (My wife’s favorite). The frosting was salty, unlike previous times we have ordered it. I called to let the staff know about something being off with the frosting. Manager said it had been cleared off and properly made. Wish they could have offered an exchange for the cookie, since it was too salty!
