This location is ran with care. The manager seems to always make an appearance to tables around lunch time and is seen helping staff. Food is hot and fresh every time I've either eaten in or had food to go or delivered. Order is always correct which is very rare. Will continue to be a happy customer.

There was not one negative thing I can say about this place. The customer service was above and beyond. Bathroom was very clean. Friendly and inviting atmosphere. Met the owner and he was awesome! You don't find many restaurant owners like him anymore, you can tell how much pride he has in his employees and the store, it shows. Great job guys and we will definitely be back!!!

Our weekly bike ride, The Bentonville Town Tour, stopped by today with nearly 50 avid fans of Culvers custard. We had called in the morning saying we would have approximately 25 cyclists showing up around 3:00 pm. Despite having twice as many as expected, Steve and is team had dessert in everyone's hands in record time. We highly recommend the Bentonville Culvers Restaurant. Not only is their food fantastic, but the entire team was amazing. Thanks for making our tour even better today!

So, the food, not my favorite. If im going to pay that much, I expect it to blow me away. It did not. However, their ice cream... that is 🔥. So good. Ranks pretty high on the scale for me, next only to maybe one other place. Very impressive. Also, expensive. But ive cream that good can be. I just wish the food hadn't been so ... meh.
