The Thursday night crew here is awful. We have been stopping weekly after soccer practice and these people consistently mess up our simple order (3 mini blizzards). I always have to pull up and wait for them to bring them out even though there are several staff members standing around. To top it off, they’re half melted by the time they finally bring them out. We will be going elsewhere for our weekly treat.

I paid almost $10 for a basket with 4 chicken strips and I barely got some fries. I think I should have gotten more fries. I'm never buying here again

We went through the drive thru.
The staff was friendly. Had to pull up and wait on food. We didn't get a lot of fries, they were stingy with them. The chicken sandwich was good.

I mean not much to say about a dairy Queen. We got ice cream and it was good. The atmosphere was pretty much what you expect from a dairy Queen.

Horrible service and equally horrible food. Who sends ice cream to the table before the meal comes out of the kitchen? Normally you take your receipt back to the counter when you have ate your food to request the ice cream when you are ready. Try explaining to young children why they have to eat their food first. Why did we ever pay for food where evidently the HB patty had been cooked early that morning. They slapped that tasteless piece of so called meat on a bun. Squirted on a blob of ketchup and mustard. Flung 2 picked on it and called it a burger. What happened to lettuce, tomato, and onion? Won’t be back to that place again. Only took one trip to learn my lesson.

I don't normally leave bad reviews but I just feel like I got ripped off.
I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, onion rings, & "a cup of water".
I paid $12 & change & got a "meal" (higher cost) with a bottle of water (higher cost) AND I only got 4 onion rings.....
I asked the staff & they said this is all normal & they didn't show any understanding of my situation or anything (I guess they aren't obligated to, but it would have been nice.)
I was looking forward to this meal as I haven't had DQ in a while, so I was just overall pretty disappointed. I won't be coming back to this location personally.

I would never go back to this Dairy Queen. I asked them three times not to put ketchup on my cheeseburger and then when I got my burger, it had ketchup on it !cold french fries also, !

After arriving & finding that the cake i had pre-ordered was not there, the manager was quick to step in and offer solutions. They ultimately rushed to make us the correct cake & extended a discount for the inconvenience. Great service, DQ Bentonville!
