If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I made an online order to go of 3 things 2 out of my 3 were not made correctly. I ordered a house salad with grilled chicken and only received lettuce and cheese when on the dennys menu description says includes cucumbers, grape tomatoes, cheese, cartons and lettuce. Plus the grilled chicken I added on the side. I did not receive any of those items on my salad except for lettuce and cheese. I also ordered a Rudolph slam which claimed comes with two pancakes, turkey bacon antlers, dollop of vanilla cream, chocolate chip eyes and strawberries as the nose I only received pancakes and turkey bacon with a side of scrambled eggs. I am very disappointed with this outcome and request a refund on my order I have taken photos of my order and will be leaving a review of how poorly my order was made. No only was my food made wrong the service for pickup wasn't great nor good either there were no costumers and they had me waiting up to 5 min just for the host to walk from out back just point and give gave gave that my order was there then with a tone of attitude to sign my confirm order. Did not pay about $38 plus tip for this type of disrespect.

My boyfriend and I stopped by on Christmas Eve..we already knew well thought we knew what we were getting ourselves into. We noticed they were short staffed when we got there…no big deal. We waited about 30-45 minutes before even being seated and no there wasn’t a big line. Just 2 people ahead of us. We’re finally seated and wait another 20-30 minutes before our drink order was even taken..by that time we already knew what we wanted. I was fine until this episode…4 tables were sat after us..,well the lovely (sarcasm) waitress took their orders before ours even though we had been there long before them. Whatever..,well not only did this not so bright of a woman take their orders before ours….they received their food before us, once we finally got our food….over an hour after being there….my eggs were overcooked and covered with grease…my country fried steak tasted and looked like something you’d buy at the dollar general, my boyfriend got pancakes with his order and wasn’t given any syrup. He was so fed up, he just ate them without it. No toilet paper in the women’s bathroom. I wasn’t offered a refill on my drink…nobody ever came to check on us. The food and service were by far the worst I’ve ever experienced anywhere. I will never and I mean never be back. You couldn’t pay me to go back. I told my boyfriend not to tip them and made him promise me he wouldn’t. I left a penny for her though…not that she was even worth that!

I would like to rate the food but we couldn't even get the 4 ladies gathered up front to even acknowledge people were standing clearly waiting the see the hostess got seating as the sign says. They were putting cups away, making coffee and doing other tasks. Everything except saying Hi or attempting to handle the seating. We finally left.

Waited for 30 mins for our order to be not even put in got glass of oj its like they poured it straight out of a best choice frozen juice box I had to stir it like it had vodka just to see if it was real but anyway never saw the food so they didnt charge us for our drinks so thats a plus I had a piece of rice on my table though

Solo gluten free diner before 6 pm on a weeknight. I ordered salmon from the 55+ menu. I told the waiter that I was gluten free and didn't want the bread. I also ordered mashed potatoes without gravy and with butter on the side. It took a very long time to receive my food and it came out with bread, deep fried potatoes and vert dry overcooked salmon. The waiter offered to bring me a salad, but didn't have vinegar and oil dressing; he offered and Italian dressing, but I had no way of knowing if it is gluten free. I asked why I wasn't told that they were out of mashed potatoes and he said the cook didn't notify him until he took my plate back to the kitchen. I 100% blame it on the cook. I told him had I known I would've gone somewhere else.

lisa always makes our night fantastic when we come in, we were regulars at waffle house but now we come here 2-3 times a week just because of the fantastic service and food, she deserves a raise for the amazing banter she brings, and the cook is amazing too! always kills it in the kitchen!
