We had a deeply disappointing experience at this location. We placed an order for a pizza that included buffalo sauce, but when we picked it up, the sauce was missing. When we asked for it to be added, the staff dumped an excessive amount of buffalo sauce straight from the bottle, completely drenching the pizza and making it inedible.
When we questioned this, the staff member was dismissive, rude, and sarcastic, insisting the order was “as per the ticket” and that we had to take it. When I said I wouldn’t accept it and requested a remake, he grabbed the order angrily and began cursing—right in front of us.
We went inside to speak with the manager, hoping for a reasonable resolution. Unfortunately, the manager was equally unprofessional. He refused to acknowledge the problem, brushed off our concerns, and showed no accountability or apology for the unacceptable behavior of his staff.
We ultimately had to cancel the order. This was not just about a poorly prepared pizza—it was about the blatant disrespect and lack of basic customer service. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

Have had multiple issues with asking for pie cut on thin crust pizza orders and they send it square cut. Once is a mistake, multiple times just shows they don’t care.

Order supreme -extravaganza it was over cook and it didn’t even look fresh , but was warm . Even I went to a different store and place my order in 30min my pizza should have look fresh not look over cook or 2hrs old and just sitting on the warmer. Yes , I would like a fresh pizza and I should have said something on 12/8/24.

Family wouldn't stop bugging me for some pizza, so sadly 20 minutes before they closed I ordered pizza from here, but it was excellent pizza even though they had closed the delivery driver had excellent customer service.

I had a 4 toppings pizza. I did not expect a each topping is so little. I even had a piece of of the pizza pie just 2 sassages ( two tiny pieces, where them 4 toppings go?) did not expect a 15 dollar pizza to have maybe 1 dollar worth of topping, barely any tomato sauce or any cheese. I loved domino. Maybe now a day it is different. This is the third time and possibly last time.

Pretty consistent and good deals online for carry out. Eat Pizza most every Friday night. 2/3 of the time from here and other times get Calizone from Simple Simons on Walton.
Maybe don't insult your customers and assume they have bad intent. I know your job isn't easy, but don't take it out on customers.
