It was my second time ever going to a Dunkin Donuts. I ordered a regular glazed & a double chocolate donut. The glaze donut was so hard & stale I couldn't even eat it. They had a picture of the double chocolate donut. It had chocolate icing on a chocolate donut. I received a double chocolate donut, but it had sprinkles on it. It's a very small thing, but I hate sprinkles. The staff that day wasn't very friendly either. Will definitely never go back to this location again.

Consistently out of donuts early in the day. I've never visited a donut shop (Dunkin or otherwise) with as poor inventory management as this store. If you are a donut shop, you should have donuts available. It's not complicated.

First time to this relatively new store. I was surprised how sparse the decor was. Clearly catering to drive through business. Order was delayed and had to go back to the counter. Scramble did not look as advertised.
I walked in purchase a gift card. The employees were helping another person. I did not say anything yet. I looked down at the gift cards. An employee said, “We don’t accept any bills over $20.00 and you cannot buy a gift card with a credit card”. At this point I had not said what I was there to purchase, whether cards, donuts, or a drink. I said, “I cannot purchase a gift card with my bank debit card?”. She said No. At that point I left the donut shop without purchasing anything and I will never return.

I always love donuts from here it just sucks that the experience wasn’t great! I don't think anyone knew what they were doing as I’m sure they were trained poorly. They have no pep in their step when it comes to getting orders out, especially to the lobby. They have our meal out TWICE.
