I am not a regular customer at this outlet, but I frequently visit other Dunkin’ stores. Today’s experience at this location was very disappointing.
I placed an order for an ongoing deal that included a free hot coffee. Although we arrived only a few minutes late, the order was served; however, the coffee was completely cold. When I requested a refill of the hot black coffee, I was told that it could not be replaced.
I then decided to purchase another coffee from the menu and clearly asked for an **extra hot** coffee, explaining that it was very cold outside and I needed a hot beverage. Despite paying 8$ for the order, I waited nearly 15 minutes in an almost empty store. When the coffee was finally served, it was only lukewarm. Upon asking why it wasn’t extra hot, the barista said their machines do not have an extra-hot setting—something I have never heard at any other coffee shop.
Overall, I was very disappointed with both the quality of the order and the customer service at this store. I would not visit this location again.

I don’t mind this location…(it’s the only one near me) but I personally think if you hire people to work drive thru they should at least speak two words to you. The guy to just stared at me, no hi no you’re welcome. Just kinda rude and weird.

Went into the store for a few donuts and some coffee. Paid at the register but didn’t include a tip! That’s right no tip for getting me a coffee and a couple donuts! The service was horrible but it’s no wonder why you’re not getting a tip. You’re serving a cup of black coffee and bagging a couple donuts! What’s the service I am tipping for exactly?

The food is pretty good..half the time. I have unfortunately more often dealt with incredibly rude employees, than I have any nice ones.

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Got my order wrong twice, yes twice. Ignorant disrespectful workers thought it was funny they screwed up the same order twice. Then had to wait 20 minutes for them to fix their screw up. Asked for manager and was told they don’t have one.

I stopped going to Dunkin because of this specific location, but the seasonal drinks are back and I had to grab one before they’re gone. I came through the drive thru this morning after a few months of avoiding it and as always, the interaction felt unnecessarily tense.
I ordered a cookie butter cold brew with cream — something simple! When I got to the window, I could immediately see the woman with her hair in a bun seemed irritated and unhappy even before opening the window. I smiled and said hello and then my drink came out without cream, I calmly reminded her I wanted cream and she rolled her eyes..
She didn’t say anything directly rude to me, but she started getting visibly frustrated and told me I needed to request cream at the speaker. The thing is — I did. So the comment confused me. I wasn’t going to argue so I just said sorry LOL but what should’ve been a tiny 10 second fix turned into visible questionable anger on her end. I could see her heavy breathing and frustration, I genuinely couldn’t understand why a small correction triggered that level of hostility when nothing bad had actually happened.
It was a short encounter but it left a bad feeling. That much tension especially early in the morning, feels miserable and unhealthy. Again, it’s not a surprise from this location. You’d think after all the horrible reviews something would change here , I can only assume this environment and behavior is coming from the top as well.

Worst hash browns ever: all grease and very soagy.... smoshy... will not ever order again..it wont let me add photo; when i called she said they were crispy when i put them in the bag... so am lier .. so bad business.
I order these 2 drinks and this is how they were handed to me we have not taken on sip Where Is The Rest Our Drinks

This has been the slowest experience ever. The workers clearly dont care that they are taking forever and have no hustle. Watched multiple customers leave due to how terribly slow they are.
Please have someone come teach these people how to work properly. Or have someone come shut them down.

be careful ordering ahead. does not matter how early you get there, 9/10 times you’ll be late to work. very slow
Service always great. But be aware that if you order anything with bacon on a Sunday, the bacon will be barely cooked and translucent. I've taken food back and asked them to cook the bacon more, but have been told by staff that they don't have the ability to do that. (Not sure why.) The few times I've gone there on a weekday, the bacon is ok and cooked sufficiently.

Overall wasn't great, overly priced donuts that were dry and lacked flavor. A nice woman behind the counter but other than that not much to talk about. I was actually given $35 in Dunkin gift cards and I only ended up going once because the experience wasn't that great. Ie I literally couldn't be paid to go back.
