We tried ordering a Toasted Vanilla latte, which is posted on their app. I was told they don’t actually have it, no big deal I went to order something else and specified that I have a cinnamon allergy. The girl got extremely rude and short with me and I received my coffee covered in cinnamon. Also, you’d think they’d ask if I want whip cream when I order a milk substitute instead of just assuming. Thank you Dunkin for a coffee not worth the medical bills. Why it was an issue I’m not really sure nor do I know what I did to upset her.

The refreshers here are honestly disappointing. They are never consistent and when asked to remake it because it is bad, they say it is a measured amount and they will not remake it. If it was a measured amount then it would taste the same every time. This is the only Dunkin that I have had a problem like this at And I’m sick of it. Take a hike and get better.

Quick place to grab breakfast on a go, I always get the egg and bacon bites. Tried the egg and cheese croissant it’s also one of the best. It doesn’t matter summer or winter the mango drink is good for any season. The hash browns are very soggy didn’t like them. Service was okay but the not a great place to dine in, it’s not maintained properly, the tables were dirty not cleaned. The tv isn’t there. The place felt little off. Wish they maintained a bit better and clean.

They don’t sell donuts here. I’ve tried three times come at 3 different times. No luck. First time they only had a sour cream donut. Second and third time no donuts at all. I was told to come before 10am to get a donut from a donut store.Manager was kind and refunded my mobile order. Just know they don’t sell donuts.

My daughter and I have been here 4 times now. Every time they forget a drink on our order and I have to remind them after seeing customers behind me get theirs. Hate to leave bad reviews, but maybe management will take this as constructive and help the staff out. We see other customers say the same when we are dining in. This is the DD of the damned. Drinks made wrong and so loaded with ice that we couldn't get our straws in the cup. The bagels were not fully cooked. Rude staff and dirty tables inside. Trash overflowing and went early morning so clearly not emptied from the day before. Overall completely gross.
