I was an employee at Fiamma. I was hired as a bartender two weeks ago and have yet to get paid. I was told we get paid twice a week in tips, and every other week for hourly. I never got paid for my training hours, I never saw a penny of my tip money. The restaurant closed on Friday Jan 31, 2020 with no notice, and the owner, John, is non responsive. The building owner, Donna, told us she would meet all of us today and give us the money we were owed and she never showed.

surprised that this place is as highly rated as it is. big party of over 15 people, big monumentous birthday dinner yet we left disappointed. a wet dining room (from spilled water floor) caused an accident to one of our party yet no apologies. the dinners came out sporadically, a medium-well-ordered steak came out bleeding on the plate and then 15 minutes till it returned to the table. they overcharged our bottle of wine. youthful, and inexperienced wait staff. they were friendly, yet apparently lacking experience. for a large party, in an otherwise virtually Empty restaurant we were surprised and disappointed with the poor service. not great at attending to needs of our table.

We have dined here on several occasions and each time the staff has gone out of their way to make it a memorable experience! One of the absolute best servers you could ever have anywhere, Ben, goes above and beyond in everything that he does. A server can really make or break your experience and Ben just adds an extra bit of pizzaz to everything that he does. On a recent New Years experience, we received some extra TLC from the owner, and that just really set this place above and apart! The food was delicious, as always! Very thankful to Fiamma and every staff member for really caring about the guest experience and doing everything to ensure a stellar dining experience!

First time in and not knowing what to expect. All the way from being seated to having an adult beverage at the amazing bar after my meal was top notch. Hands down an experience that doesn't come along in the restaurant industry very often. Good job guys?

We scheduled our work Christmas party months in advance. Apparently, they triple booked. We had 1/2 the seating we needed. There was no wait staff. We selected a buffet style....they had had salad, chicken Alfredo, meatballs with noodles and 1 choice for dessert. All selections tasted mediocre at best. Thank goodness we were close to the bar. There were 2 bartenders who were great but overwhelmed. I hope my company doesn’t choose this place for next year. We generally celebrate several hours - but cut short tonight because we were shoulder to shoulder. No room to mingle and visit
