I love this location but whoever worked 7/31/2025 needs to be reviewed and retrained on how much mayonnaise is too much I used 15-20 paper towels to wipe off the crazy amount of mayonnaise on my sandwich. The bread is literally soggy due to the amount of Mayo.
Again this location is almost always a 5star.

We just moved to Bentonville AR, and tried Firehouse Subs for the first time a month ago. Had the hook and ladder and my buddy had a cheese steak. Both subs were mouth-watering, full of fresh ingredients and flavor was never ending. Sine my initial visit, my wife has dined with me there once a week while out running errands. We love the food, the staff is professional and courteous and serves subs quickly, made to order, and with a smile. The dining room seating is clean and the tables and chairs are comfortable to utilize. I highly recommend you try their food. You will love it!

Clean and good service. Tasty subs and usually good sweet tea. Love the pickles. Also, my sister-in-law accidentally left her purse there once, and they held it for her til the next day without any issue.

We are from out of town for a conference and I decided to stop there to get a bite to eat after being out checking out the town. The cashier was nice. The place was not busy. I ordered a sub to go but the girl didn't bag it when she bagged the previous customers order. I went on to bag my own sub and went on my way. I return to the hotel to eat the sub and got to the second half only to realize there was a fly in my sub and that I bit it's head off. I know they can't help it during the summer months but my appetite is ruined. I did expect better.

I walked in to get a sandwich today around lunch time. It wasn’t busy, maybe 4 people in the resteraunt. My sandwich wasn’t made correctly, which is fine, so I requested it be made again. At this point I had already waited 10 minutes for the first sandwich.

They then proceeded to make sandwiches for everyone… including the people that came in after I had asked mine to be remade. At that point I just wanted a refund. And when I requested one the employee wouldn’t do it and instead called the manager out. The manager inquired about my sandwich and when asked the employees produced it immediately.

If it was ready why didn’t they give it to me … the customer. She then offered me the sandwich instead of the refund. Which just felt weird at that point. I didn’t even wanna eat there anymore. When I pressed for the refund she refused to give it to me back on the card I paid with and insisted I take cash.

Idk, the whole situation was just weird. I won’t visit this location again.

We came in to one gentleman behind the counter preparing food and about 5 customers total IN the store. 1 employee was eating their lunch in the dining area which is cool. Nothing against that but provide your people a personal space. A mother and her 2 children left as we came in. The man behind the counter had to holler to the back for help and grumbled that he knew they heard the door chime. 2 ladies appeared from the back and 1 came and greeted us and took our order. My wife ordered a basic turkey sub. Double turkey, lettuce only, with dressing to the side. I ordered a smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket sandwich on wheat. It took the 2 ladies over 20 minutes to make a call in order who we discovered was the man and his son who had been sitting in the dining area when we came in. Then handed us our order. We arrived home not having checked our order for correctness, our mistake. My sandwich wasn’t even close to what I ordered. I honestly don’t know what it was. It had roast beef, turkey, mayo, tomato, tons of lettuce and no cheese. What? Even better my wife’s sub only had turkey and the whole thing was toasted even though she requested cold and it had no lettuce. How do you mess up a 2 ingredient sub? I ate most of whatever it was I got and it didn’t taste bad but it wasn’t what I wanted. I am just not a wasteful person. That says nothing of the giant potholes in the parking lot. I know I drive a Jeep but I wasn’t planning an off road excursion.
