I love firehouse subs. Literally my go to place for a sandwich, and I get it so often. It’s the only place I DoorDash. Despite what I reviewed, the people are also very nice. For some reason unbeknownst to me, though, they all decided against me every. Time. I. Order. I always add chopped pickle to my meal, but never do I get it. It doesn’t matter if I put it in my instructions online, or ask in person and watch them ring it up, they refuse to service my chopped pickle addition. I’ve even had this experience at other firehouse subs. Whatever I did to you, firehouse subs workers, please forgive me and grant my services. I am desperate, and can no longer stand taking bites between the sandwich and the side pickle.

The food was amazing! I had never been to Firehouse Subs and decided to try it. The service was slow and not that great. I will go back for the food but I will have to go when I have time to waste cause the workers are slow.

The slowest service we ever had at a Firehouse Subs!! Usually go to Rogers location, but we were in Bentonville and hungry. Stood at register for quite a while before anyone acknowledged us. Ordered our food and waited 15 min for our food. So disappointed. Not up to standards I expected. Staff acted like they didn't want to be there

Fire Brigade Submarine Castle with few branches
It is said that the firefighter cooked it himself during his preparation time. It was so well received that he opened his own store. Of course, the firefighter has retired and made a fortune~
The package comes with unlimited drink refills and a small bag of potato chips
It’s very to my taste. I’ll keep visiting when I have the chance.

My first and last visit to this restaurant was a real disappointment. My sandwich was the skimpies $10 sandwich I have ever purchased! There wasn't even enough meat on it to make a half sandwich.

Favorite location to visit in NWA. For some reason I always come in when Chanel is working and he’s always amazing. Always focused on the customer and making sure we get the best experience!

The food was very good, as their gluten free bread is incredible, but the actual dining area was very dirty and not clean, despite my wife and I being the only customers in the restaurant for quite some time. The front area was also left unattended for ~15 to 20 minutes to where an Uber Eats driver just had to grab the food without ever seeing an employee.
