Poorly managed restaurant even on a night when there were few customers. We showed up at the time they told us it would be ready and they said they had not received our order. When we showed them the online order that we had already paid for, they made us wait 20 minutes. They brought a bag of food out and set it behind counter and walked away for several minutes. Finally came back and brought the food from behind the counter to us. After a 15 minute drive home on a cold, rainy night, received a call that they had forgotten to include the most expensive dish and said we had to drive back to get it. I asked for a refund for the missing dish but have not received it.

Unappealing atmosphere, mediocre food, ok service. We eat Indian often and this one is not one we would frequent again.

Came here with my huge family - probably about 15 people - for lunch. I truly appreciate the server working with our large group with such short notice. When we arrived the restaurant was almost empty but by the time we left it was picking up. It’s Buffet style with a great selection of foods. Good food - kindof dingy venue. I would come back for the food for sure

It's the best Indian buffet we've found in the area, but the price tag keeps going up. Last time we were there I think the pre-tip bill for two of us was $50. If it weren't for the price we would go more often.

Flavors is the most well known Indian Restaurant in the Bentonville / Rogers Area. However, I found the food rarher disappointing. There was hardly anyone there when I went on a Saturday eveneing. The menu was limited and not all the items listed were available.

When they noticed the white rice was running low, they just dumped more into the crockpot, right on top of the crunchy, browning bits. I've had chicken tikka masala in 3 different states and it never tasted like this, all plain and buttery. I tried the stuff labeled butter chicken next, which was a rich orange color and looked so much like chicken tikka masala that I was convinced they'd just gotten the labels mixed up. No such luck. it was all edible, etc., but nothing tasted the way I expected it to.

Upscale, well organized interior, extensive menu. We ordered Mama Chicken, malai kofta and green aloo masala. Absolutely delicious, super yummy. Everyone will find something to love at this restaurant!

We shared a Chicken Korma platter. It came with two other curries to sample, raita, pappadam, rice and rice pudding. It was more than the two of us could eat, but we didn't want to leave a crumb because it was all so delicious. Our server asked if we enjoyed our meal, then as he looked at our clean plates, he laughed and said, "I guess you did."

Very good spice. Very good flavors. The service was excellent. The atmosphere could be better, but they had Indian music videos so that’s a plus

I thought this place was fantastic. We have been eating Indian food for years and they taught me so much about eating in their culture. The food was great, the atmosphere good, the place was clean and spacious

Since my first trip to Bentonville in 2019 Flavors has been my go to since. I live in Dallas were there is a very large South Asian population so I am spoiled when it comes to Indian food. Flavors is just like home and is one of the best Indian buffets I have been to. Flavors beats my favorite Dallas Indian buffet by a long shot. What makes it so special? The food is fresh and authentic. The dining room is very clean and the service is great. They make sure your drinks are full and your table is cleaned when you go back for more food. If you want a great meal at a great price go to Flavors.
