flying burrito needs to open the lobby or get a crew that can work a drive through. the past 3 times we have been to the Springdale location they have forgot something in our order. then when you call about said forgotten meal the only option is for you to get back in the drive through line and wait another 30 minutes for the meal they forgot. this place is almost most laughable any more.

Went to the Springdale location and was very disappointed. I ordered a burrito and the chicken they served was burnt black. I wasn’t able to go back. I would have understood if they had just told me they were out of the chicken instead of serving burnt chicken.

Since the pandemic this location has gone down hill; grease ladden chips that were stale and no taco salad shells at all. This has been my third viait where there have be an no taco salad shells noe could they make one because the fryer was off. The service was lackluster, the male employee that rang up my order did so grudgingly and barely spoke. This use to be my favorite cheap eats but it is starting to my interest. I've also noticed that turn over is really high and I feel management could be better and maybe more visible to customers.

Meat was tough, lots of gristle. Had to get up twice to throw pieces away that couldn't be chewed.

The Bentonville location is absolutely filthy behind the counter. All of the meat was dried up and the customer service was hit or miss depending on the employee. Our meals had already been started by the time we got to the meat section and noticed the quality and the filth behind the counter. There is not a photo of mine as you could not see the dried chopped chicken well inside my burrito. Years ago I loved the Fayetteville location! Now that I am back in NWA I will have to make the drive if I want fresh food and a clean atmosphere. Definitely wont be going back to this location.

The burrito was pretty good. Herb and garlic tortilla, beef, Mexican rice, refried beans, potatoes, tomatoes, pickled jalapeños, white qeuso and shredded cheese. Chips and salsa not so much.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. Hole in the ceiling of the bathroom, your shoes stick to the floor in the dining room, food assembly area was thrashed, water leaking from ceiling in dining area. Do yourself a favor and drive to the one in Fayetteville, it's worth it. I have been to the one in Fayetteville many, many times and it's always great. This was my first (and last) visit to the Bentonville location.

Food is good but they were closed for 6 months and didnt clean their work environment. How about you guys do a deep clean.

The store is nasty inside and I watch an employee drop a metal bowl on the floor spilling out half of the beans on the floor. He then picked it up and served it to the guy in front of me. The store was covered in trash by the chips, Food that has been sitting there for a while, the plastic shield covered in splattered food. The food looks like it had been there for a while and it was very nasty. I was on a fast lunch and I did not have time to deal with the nastiness of that place. I hope this opens some eyes and they get some management in there that cares.

What happened to this place? Didn’t have a bunch of key items. The floors were nasty and sticky no a/c they had all the lights turned off. Guess we will see a new restaurant there soon. Someone is holding onto a dream.

They should update their hours on their website. I drove all the way over there to find out they are closed on Sunday now. It was on a sheet of paper taped to the door. We're over a year into covid, we should be running into surprise we're closer anymore.
