Quality authentic crepes with a cool atmosphere and a fantastic staff. This is my go-to spot to bring visiting family and friends. Both the savory and the sweet crepes are delicious! Lots of gluten free and vegan options as well!

The food and service at this little food truck were amazing. they had a good selection of fillings and the crepes were perfectly cooked and just a bit crispy. We had a savory one before a bike ride but I want to go back and try one of their sweet ones.

While on vacation (from Australia) my friends (locals) suggested going to Crepes Paulette. Food was amazing, staff were terrific. Ended up going there everyday while we were in town. Large menu to choose from sweet and savory. Loved the sweet strawberry crepes with chocolate ganache. Definitely recommend the place

I can't even put into words how amazing the food is. We tried 5 different crepes and all of them were seriously delicious. I recommend getting the Rancher. Already looking forward to my next visit and I'm still full from being there earlier.

The crepes here are fantastic! We had the Vegan and the Thai Chicken crepes. Neither disappointed. They were packed with flavor. The only disappointment was that we were too full to try the sweet crepes.
