HORRIBLE FOOD! HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE WAIT STAFF! BEWARE AND DO NOT GO!!! This place used to be so good would go once twice a week. It has gone down hill so much past year. Rude management bad service. Two times was given pizza with no sauce took pictures talk to management was told oh u need to order sauce on your pizza if u want sauce. I mean a pizza is crust sauce cheese and toppings right. Just tonight went in ordered wings salad pizza bread sticks and beer. My pizza was undercooked when I asked for it cooked extra my wings were tough. Was told by waitress that the no longer cook wings in over that they deep fry them because it takes two hours to cook them in oven which I know is a lie. It takes only 15 minutes wich was confirmed by another manager from another location. I have family owns resterants this is not how u run a business.

Way overpriced for what we received and the service was not that great at all. Certainly would not recommend this place. We were just visiting from Texas and thought we would try it. But was wrong it was a very bad experience

The food is a little more expensive than most pizza but it’s the best pizza I’ve had in the state. You need to get the Chicago Style pizza as it’s amazing both the day of and as leftovers.

The chicago dogs were good. I also ordered a sausage pizza to go. I usually have great pizza from here, but honestly, this pizza was not very good. I also noticed they seemed understaffed, the young ladies were definitely hustling, especially for lunchtime. I will definitely return, but my last two visits, the pizza, have underwhelmed.

I've worked for multiple pizza restaurants throught the country over my time but this for the price is unacceptable the price for toppings then this....... should be Ashamed and will not be ordering from this location in Bentonville Arkansas Again!!! I'm a loyal gusanos pizza lover Mushroom Canadian bacon other half pineapple ?

Omg they have the best mozzarella sticks, you only get 4 but they are large and tasty, the pizza was really great too. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pretty large seating area so even when it was busy there was no wait to sit. Alcohol choices were pretty good too.
