The blonde was very rude, and we had accidentally ordered a hot but we were willing to trade the hot for an iced but she was really hateful when I asked. And the hot coffee tasted like water with a hint of coffee if she had at least made the hot coffee decent I wouldn’t have been upset. But I really am disappointed in the customer service when I have been coming here for years.

I was so excited when a coffee shop came in close to me, but I have been there twice and I hate to say it, the coffee is just not good. I can get down with a dark roast, but this just tasted burnt and stale. If you get it with lots of flavors and milk, then it tastes ok, but just a black coffee is basically undrinkable.

Hype was at this year’s TriFest for MS triathlon and served complimentary beverages to competitors and they were amazing! I was super thankful for them because they made my daughter a separate smoothie from the complimentary one due to a food allergy. Awesome service!

Tried for the first time yesterday! Customer Service was excellent, the employees here directed me through the menu very kindly and answered all my questions thoroughly. I ordered a Chai, very tasty! Perfect blend of spicy and sweet :)
