I love dunkin donuts! But, it all depends on when you come here. My tip, when you buy a hot drink to go, make sure you check the inside if it's all the way full. I've had situations where I buy a large, and there is only 1/3 of it in the cup! GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!

They change the prices on items depending on the mood they're in. Unacceptably slow and rude morning shift manager (Kelley). She chose to up-charge me for not wanting meat on my sandwich. I showed her my receipt from the previous day that showed a lower price for the exact same items. At this point she got flustered and started to argue with me. I heard her tell the associate to take all their time when making my order. An order of coffee and egg & cheese sandwiches took 18 minutes. ‍ ‍ ‍ she gets the rudest manager of the year award I was still fortunate enough to make it work on time.

This is the only location that I have had terrible service consistently. The morning crew there is not customer friendly and they seem to hate their job. They are one of the slowest drive thru's that I have experienced. The drive thru on average is a wait of over 10 minutes. I usually only order a coffee and donut and in most occasions they are out of their staple donut (glazed). It seems to never fail when I order my hot coffee and drive up to the window, they have an iced coffee. Also, the last time I was there, they gave my coffee to another guy who didn't order coffee and I ended up having to wait again for them to remake it. Completely disorganized and management needs to be overhauled.

I have no issue with the quality of the products here; I like Dunkin Donuts much more than Starbucks. However, this location has horrible service. The last 2 times I've been to this location, I've had issues. Both times were drive through orders. And both times the orders were wrong; missing items or the wrong items received. I used a gift card on one visit and was charged TWICE for my order. When I use up the value of my gift card I will no longer be going back and will patronize the local coffee shops instead.

So depending on when you come here depends on the service and quality you receive. No consistency.

Dunkin' Donuts is a great cheap coffee/breakfast place. This location is always a joy. The workers are great, the service is fast, and I have never had a messed up order. Love this place!

Guys, if you are planning on coming here, pray about it before you do. Service was terrible, its like they hate their job and don't care that the customer can see it. We walked in and asked about coffee, their response "we have all kinds" -__- ITS MY FIRST TIME GIVE ME SUGGESTIONS!!! Our order was called, we grabbed the bag and took it back to the table to see that it wasn't ours. We took the bag back and Kat kept pushing it saying it was ours. my husband was very firm and told her that we wanted what was on the receipt, that was all. We got our order 20 minutes later and to be honest, the wait time wasn't even worth it. Id rather go to Daylight Donuts in Lowell than ever come back here again!

Best coffee you can buy, But the worst customer service ever. The employees are unbelievably rude. It's too bad because I would become a regular if you could get some decent service there

Quality has gone way down the last year with each visit as has the assortment of donuts. The dozen donuts we picked up today were stale, honestly Walmart bakery donuts blow this DD away! If you are expecting a quality DD that you've experienced on the East Coast, don't waste your time or money at the Bentonville location.

Stopped by to get donuts and kolaches for work it was pretty speedy going through the drive thru. The Kolaches were the smallest I have ever seen and smelled awful. I bought a dozen mixed and a dozen glazed they tasted like they were left over from the day before. This has got to be the worse Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. There are a lot of better donut places so stay away from this one.

I love my Dunkin Donuts! Once you get a chance to know the staff they greet You by name and half the time they have my coffee ready for me before I even make it to the counter! Sometimes they're out of stock on some of the things that I love but that's only because everybody else loves them as well so you have to have a little patience when it comes to that. The only real negative I have is that there's not more Dunkin Donuts locations around. Everybody loves their donuts and everybody loves their coffee and so everybody piles into the same Dunkin Donuts. So keeping that in mind I just show some grace and have patience knowing that I am one of thousands of people who want to go enjoy a fantastic cup of coffee and a tasty treat. Using their rewards program and purchasing one of the cups that they have in stock allows me to save more money than anywhere else. My average transaction for a large iced coffee and a treat is right at $2.50 to $3 as opposed to a Starbucks or another coffee shop where I'm going to pay at least $2-$3 more just for the coffee by itself. I love my Dunkin Donuts and I'm happy that my Dunkin Donuts loves me as well!

From California, and had some expectations. In CA we order "cake" or "glazed" donuts. Here, the persons at the drive tbrough have no clue what I'm talking about. On the few occasions I've gone there, i just take what they give me. Have yet to get a decent raised or cake donut, and the cake type donuts always have a runny, too sweet icing. Give it a pass ...better donuts at kum n go or caseys. No better at the new site at the Elm Springs exit, or at the Harps on 412. This franchise is nowhere near the quality of the California sites. Maybe it's the water?

I don't know guys, I don't know. I'm not a big doughnut person, but if I do go I want a good plain glazed doughnut. Nothing crazy, but I love plain glazed. I did the drive thru and grabbed a box of doughnuts to share, some glazed, some chocolate, etc. I sampled a few and they were just ok. I rather go to some of the other local doughnut places.

Having moved from New England, I am disappointed with this dunks. The service is very slow and it took us 20 minutes to get a couple sandwiches and a coffee to go. Once I use up all of my free coffees, I will be going to our locally owned coffee shops instead.

Went to Bentonville for a trip and wanted to get a couple dozen specific donuts to bring back to my neck of the woods in OK. Went in early evening and they were letting their stock dwindle for the day. Needless to say it wasn't enough to fill my very specific order. They were cool enough to take down what I wanted and had it ready for me to pick up after my event in town. Really nice staff and good treats!
