Good but LEARN HOW TO CUT THE BREAD ALL THE WAY THROUGH . Sucks for people who get sandwiches to go and try to eat and drive but there bread the last 3 ordered isn’t cut all way through so you just eat a sandwich loaf

There was a hair in my daughters sub! Then we were told they would make her a new one right away. About 10 mins go by so I remind them that she was still waiting and asked if I needed to get back in line because serval people had who had walked in after we asked for a new sandwich had already gotten their food. We were once again told that the sandwich was being made and would be brought to us. By the time we actually got the sandwich our whole family had finished eating we’re ready to leave. Overall a terrible experience.

I love Jersey Mike's! They are consistently a great sandwich! Plus everyone that works there is so kind and accommodating. The best part was when I was checking out, Melanie, who had the biggest smile and so cheerful, made the visit amazing! The only issue I had and the reason why I gave three stars for atmosphere unbelievably hot inside. Hopefully the air conditioner will be fixed soon. But that won't stop me from getting sandwiches to go. Highly recommend the club sub with Swiss and substitute the prosciutto for the ham. Great place!

This place is disgusting. The ceiling vents are nasty. There are ceiling tiles that are discolored from leaks. There’s mold around the food service case. The lettuce is brown. And the place doesn’t look like it’s been dusted in months. Nasty. It doesn’t appear the owners pay any attention.

I was born and raised in Bentonville and let me tell you something do not eat at the Jersey Mike's off of I Street and Airport Boulevard in Bentonville Arkansas the staff members are children and the managers are also just above child age the customer service is absolutely horrible not to mention a homeless shelter is right across the street and they make their presence known I also got told that they could not make my sandwich due to cross-contamination because I asked for Italian dressing instead of blue cheese on my sandwich if that makes sense to anybody do not waste your time with the nonsense at Jersey Mike's in Bentonville off of I Street I promise you go anywhere else and there's a better education and class of people to serve you your food

Came in yesterday (around noon for lunch) and was met with excellent service from the girl with the blue hair working the sandwich line. She was incredibly attentive to my needs and very helpful. can’t wait to come back!
