This is my second time eating here. I ordered the same sandwich as I always do The Big Kahuna with extra meat which I pay about 23 dollars for. At other locations a regular sandwich has twice as much meat as this sandwich with extra meat has. This is the second and last time I eat here. I am not a vegetarian

Walked in at 5pm on a Friday stood there watched 3 kids just talk.. one kid was trying sauce with his glove on and no one even said hi. Not a I will be with you in a minute nothing. Finally I just walked out.. horrible customer service and will not be back.

Called in an order for 3 sandwiches, one ended up without the correct bread. I mean that happens but so disappointing when you get home and discover that. Sheesh! On another note, I appreciate the amount of meat and cheese in the Italian sub. I prefer not oil and vinegar because I don't like soggy food so I sub w/Mayo and YUM! Overall it works!

I hate to leave negative reviews because I’ve had great service and experience from this location for years. Im from the East Coast and appreciate Jersey Mikes because they do subs right. I’m compelled to give negative feedback because they’ve repeatedly gotten orders incorrect for my family recently. The last two times I ordered delivery a Giant sub was missing one time and all the chips from my order was left off and the subs were not made to how I wanted them another time. Quality control on delivery orders is simply not there.
I called to complain and let them know of the error and they did offer to make it right. I’d say you should always go in and order in person as they are very likely to mess up anything ordered online.

The bacon ranch chicken cheese steak is so good that I haven't tried anything else yet. I get it at least once a week.
I spoke with a nice young man named Collin. He was very fast with my order and was trying to talk to me the whole time. He was so inviting and kind I will be eating here again!
