First off, I eat JJ's like others eat McDonald's. Fast delicious and reasonably priced. Ɓut the slower the sandwich gets delivered, the lettuce and bread gets soggy and the drinks get watered down. So that being said I ordered a sandwich almost an hour ago, and had it just arrive. The soda was watered down because of the ice and the sandwich is pretty soggy. The reason being the driver didn't read the address right so she was on the other side of the complex. And when she called me she acted like it was my fault. Then when I finally went to flag her down, she informs me that she would've been there sooner but I live in a hard to locate spot. WHEN HER VEHICLE WAS POINTED AT THE WAY OUT!!!!!! BOTTOM LINE...... DONT GET DELIVERY FROM HERE

I placed an order online. Immediately I followed up with a phone call to the store location to make sure they sent the condiments on the side and napkins , we are in a hotel. Food gets here , no condiments at all and one napkin for three people. Jimmy John’s all across the southeast are really dropping the ball. I believe this will be my last order !

(More of a company rule complaint)Was told that i couldn't get cheddar cheese on my turkey sub because they only put cheddar cheese on their bbq ranch sub and nothing else. This is probably more of a corporate rule i guess so cant fault the store for following rules, but that just seems bananas to me.

Inflation has taken a toll on this place. The bread is still good however bread being 80% of the sub is sad.

The food is good and staff is nice, but this is one of the slowest jimmy johns I've been to. Before I moved here my old jj's had my sandwhich ready when i finished paying, this location will take about 5 mins to make it when there is only me and maybe 1 other customer.
Went in starving and excited to eat a #4 turkey tom! Was given the “one second, we will be right with you” which is absolutely normal, then as soon as the employee went to the register we were told it would be 20 minutes due to another order. With two employees working, they gave the feeling of relief they wouldn’t have to make more sandwiches. I was so bummed, but should’ve listened to the reviews prior. 20 minutes is freaky slow and I was very upset with the way we were treated!
