Went in starving and excited to eat a #4 turkey tom! Was given the “one second, we will be right with you” which is absolutely normal, then as soon as the employee went to the register we were told it would be 20 minutes due to another order. With two employees working, they gave the feeling of relief they wouldn’t have to make more sandwiches. I was so bummed, but should’ve listened to the reviews prior. 20 minutes is freaky slow and I was very upset with the way we were treated!

JJ saved the day! Another local sandwich shop cancelled my large order (15 sandwiches) and the staff at Jimmy John’s Bentonville was accommodating, fast, and great quality. They fulfilled my giant order meanwhile serving other customers during a lunch rush. Can’t thank you all enough!

We went inside Crumbl Cookies next door to satisfy our sweet tooth, but the lines were long and at almost $5 a cookie, we decided to leave and come to Jimmy John's. We bought some delicious chocolate chunk cookies at far less and they were delicious!

Freaky slow and super rude. This is the 2nd time I have come in to order to go and Cashier was rude. They can't even bag up the sandwiches when you already have your hands full with drinks and bags of chips.Went back on Sunday 7/31/22. It took almost 30min to get 2 sandwiches to go. People waiting just to order to they were so swamped and understaffed.

FREAKY SLOW! FREAKY INCOMPETENT STORE! I have gave this location numerous tries only to be disappointed by how slow they are every single time. Even when you go in the morning hours, the sense of urgency is non existent. The bread runner waits for the receipt to print before even starting the sandwich, even when its on the computer right in front of her. Then I place an order online on a different date and i call 40 minutes after placing the order because its still not out for delivery. Tell them to cancel. Employee assures me he will let manager know to cancel. 10 minutes later and 50 minutes after placing order, the food says its out for delivery. Call and speak to manager and she is unapologetic and simply does not care. I have worked at numerous JJ locations throughout the US for over 6 years and have never seen such a poorly managed store. Not sure whats going on here, but you guys need some work!!

Definitely not freaky fast and told it was the their problem. Customer service is t what it used to be.
