Came in last night to have dinner with my mom, this was our first time since under new ownership and in their new location and it was a pretty unpleasant dining experience.
Service was EXTREMELY slow and just a bit awkward. The dipping oil for bread is less than half the size it once was and costs an entire $3.99 for an extra one. I ordered the cheese tortellini in Alfredo sauce and I added chicken to my dish. When my plate came it was not the right sauce so I let them know politely and was returned with confusion and an implication that I had either not specified what sauce or that I was the one who got it wrong? Not even a semblance of an apology. After receiving my correct order I realized the chicken that cost $2.99 to add was quite literally just a large uncut chunk of UNSEASONED BOILED chicken breast. At this point I was just fed up and decided to be happy that I even had food at this point.
The cherry on top of everything though was the table right next to us (who from our POV didn’t seem to have any issues with their meal although I could be wrong) got 25% taken off of their check and they were rightfully very grateful for that. So at this point I’m thinking okay, well then maybe we will get some sort of compensation as well? But of course I was wrong and there was no compensation for our meal.
OH AND when they brought us our to go boxes and bag there was q borderline dead fly inside the plastic bag just buzzing around when we opened it.

I recently visited Joe's Italian Grill with Indian Kitchen and had a mixed experience. The meal started off promising — the bread was served warm, dense, and buttery, just the way I like it. The dipping oil and vinegar mix was flavorful and balanced, making for a great start.

For appetizers and mains, the cheese ravioli was decent. Nothing spectacular, but still enjoyable. The chicken fettuccine carbonara, however, was disappointing. The chicken and “bacon” clearly came from pre-packaged, sealed bags or cans, and the dish itself wasn’t really a carbonara at all. It was edible, but not something I’d order again.

Service was another weak point. The staff were polite, but oddly non-verbal, mostly standing silently as they placed dishes or awkwardly waited to move items out of the way. It felt slow and a bit disengaged, especially given the prices.

The atmosphere was one of the better aspects — clean, comfortable, and inviting — though I’d swap out the generic piano background music for some Sinatra to give it more personality.

Overall, I’d rate it 2/5 stars. It’s just not the same since the location and ownership change, and while parts of the meal were good, the quality, service, and pricing didn’t come together in a way that makes me eager to return.

The meatballs look and taste like rubber, definitely just came out of the freezer. The spaghetti sauce has more water than the Pacific Ocean in it. Oh can’t forget about the hair in the bread. The service was about the same as the food, we were served while the waitress talked on the phone. 10/10 don’t recommend

As soon as I took a bite, I could tell the pasta was frozen. Everything was most definitely store bought. I can make better pasta at home. And the entrees are 20+ dollars.

The worst part is that after a few bites, my stomach started to have intense pain. I threw up. I wish I had read the more recent reviews before ordering. Never again.

Extremely slow service for takeouts!
Try a different place if you are short in time.

Terrible, cheap, if you want your order wrong and stomach pain then eat here. Also this is just an Italian place in an Indian restaurant

Ate with my family here today and could tell everything was store bought like what I could make at home for cheaper.. also felt sick halfway though the meal and threw up after leaving so don’t plan on going back.

My son wanted lasagna, and I wanted to try more chicken curry. So here's the perfect place to go. 3 different restaurants in one. Italian, Indian, and Ice Cream. I've had the manicotti here, and it's not bad. My son definitely enjoyed his extra cheesy lasagna! 😋

I can't say much about the rest of the menu, but as far as pasta goes, it is no good. I got the baked ziti with meatballs for $18 including tax. It was watery at the bottom. The sauce and meatballs were clearly store bought as they were bland. The variety of cheeses used in the dish was overwhelming. Some cheese was perfectly gooey while other cheeses were more crumbly, which clashed badly. Such overpriced and cheap food I could have made multiple servings of at home for the same amount of money. I should have at least gotten the pizza instead. If you dine here, don't get the pasta. At least nothing with marinara.
