Service was fast and servers were super nice. However the same can not be said about the food. The lasagna I ordered came out covered in grease with a half cooked layer of cheese on top. I thought that once I cut into it I would at least see some lasagna pasta but all I received was a single layer of barely cooked noodles (some that were still hard) and a layer of unseasoned meat. Once I tried it however I realized that the meat wasn’t the only thing unseasoned but that the whole dish was. I had three bites but couldn’t continue. I loved the wait staff but the food experience was terrible. 2/5 would come for the staff but not for the food.

The food is SO good. The service is AMAZING. We stopped because we needed dinner and they didn’t look like they had a wait, but we were blown away with the food. We’re already planning our next trip back.

The staff was kind. The food left alot to be desired. Our food was extremely runny. The Alfredo looked like chicken broth with spaghetti noodles. The manicotti was also runny. Taste was very lacking. We wanted to like it so much, but couldn't eat it. Very disappointed. The staff was great though.

I typically don’t leave a lot of reviews but dining here with my group of friends made me want to after leaving.To begin, we were sat down and given a menu but our drink order wasn’t taken. Then when the waitress came to take our order she proceeded to correct everyone on their pronunciation of the food even though she spoke in broken English. When we finished giving our order, we asked for an entrée of calamari and drinks which was completely ignored as she didn’t write anything down. We then had to try and get her attention for our drinks and when eventually getting her to stop, she demanded that we give her two minutes and proceed to just give us water and walk away. Frustrated, we tried moving past it but then we were completely ignored by their horrible waitress. So we proceeded to stop her one more time and let her know that we will pay for salad and cold bread and just leave because the service was so terrible. She then proceeded to make a scene and complained to a younger waitress who begrudgingly talked to us about our service. We explained that it wasn’t her fault, that her coworker has a horrible attitude and was the main reason for the leave. They proceeded to use this young waitress as a middle party to talk us into staying even attempting to bring out our food but the point was missed. This location, IS NOT, in any means necessary, like the Springdale location and has put a massive amount of disrespect to the Joes Italian franchise. If you were to judge off one review wether or not you should come here, it’s this one. The food is simply okay but the kicker is how this business will treat you once they sit you. You’ve been warned.

Beware of going!! Shares a dining area with another restaurant! Went with family to eat. We had received the worst service we have ever had. Waitress ignored us for about the first 10 minutes while were there. Once she does help our table, she only asks what we want and does not ask for a drink order. Someone else brings out our bread and we realized that we do not have drinks. Our waitress walks by, so we flag her down and ask for drinks. She tells us to give her 2 minutes. Then runs away to only get us water. After all this she then avoids our table. So, we had to flag her down again and decided to cancel our order and leave. I highly recommend going somewhere else that serves Italian food!!

This place is a hidden gem for sure. After bringing my family of 7 here I can guarantee we will always eat Italian food here. The customer service was absolutely on point also. We are repeat customers for sure!
3 of us went there on Valentines Day and really loved the food and service! We also noticed they had takeout counter for Indian Food partially walled off on other side of restaurant. I believe you can order eat in Indian as well but not sure. We will be back as everyone ordered differnt dish and thought it was amazing!

Don’t come here if you’re expecting good Italian food or even a decent Italian restaurant atmosphere. The food was horrible and cold. Salad was being prepared right next to the restrooms. It’s split between joes and an Indian restaurant. It’s odd because there’s two doors that lead into it and one says Joes the other is for the Indian restaurant. Our waitress had a hard time understanding our orders and felt like she was questioning everything I said. Save your money and time and go somewhere else. Or just order Indian food.
