You know, I really wanted to love Juice Palm. I did. It's just... well, okay. The place is so cute. Small and modern with a very sustainable approach and touch. The two people working, though - they really didn't want to be there. They just didn't. And it was obvious. I started by asking where they get their sourdough bread from because there is one place in Fayetteville where it's allergy-friendly for me and I have a hunch they get it from them. The reply was, "I don't know, a place in Fayetteville." Staff should always be aware where items are sourced from. Especially in a place that touts itself for being natural and healthy. My husband had a turkey sandwich and a Be Original Bowl. He liked the sandwich, the bowl was okay. I messed up and forgot to ask that granola be skipped on my Be Sweet Bowl. I went to the counter and asked if they could make me a new one, pointing out my error in missing that granola was included in all the bowls. I offered to pay for a new one and while it was very kind that the person working told me they'd make a new one without charging me, they also added a, "I don't care, it's not my money." A bit awkward, and you should probably care about the money the business that employs you makes or doesn't make. The bowl itself was okay. Not really flavorful. Just bland. Nothing special. Side note - staff had masks, did not require masks inside of customers (Arkansas has dropped the mandate).

Delicious, healthy, and cute place! We stopped in during a walk to try it out and we were not disappointed! We tried the live empowered, live decadent, and then a simple strawberry banana smoothie. We were all pleased and want to come back for some of their food!

Love their salads and açaí bowls, but was a little frustrated with the customer service last time...I walked in around 3:45 but got caught up on a phone call so walked out and stood right outside the building. Walked back in at 4:00 on the dot and the workers immediately told me that they were closed. I used to work in a restaurant so I know it's annoying when people come in late, but thought they would've been a little understanding of the situation.

We did a two day juice cleanse and it was so great to have everything prepared and ready for us! Since we live in Fayetteville, the owner brought our juice packages to us so we wouldn’t have to drive to Bentonville. AMAZING customer service! Would highly recommend.
The juice was ok. The sandwich was burned so bad I couldn't finish eating. Such a bad experience, and waste of money. Sad, because it's a beautiful place.

It was offensive how little effort went into both the açaí bowl and the sandwich I ordered. I could’ve bought either of those items in the frozen food isle at any gas station. My açaí bowl was rock solid and frozen. Just pathetic.
