The food here was fantastic, with the fried chicken and chicken strips cooked to perfection. The service was impressively fast and efficient, and the staff were incredibly friendly and focused on customer satisfaction. On a previous visit, we had an issue with overcooked food, but management resolved it quickly and professionally. If you're craving chicken or fast food, I highly recommend giving this place a try.

The food is stale. The mashed potatoes taste like they were heated up from the day before. The chicken is extremely dry. This used to be an okay place to get chicken. Definitely not the same as it used to be. The lobby was clean and empty so that was a plus.

I grew up on KFC, but it’s been decades since I’ve made a part of our family new routine. I drive past this location every day, and had a craving for chicken one night so I downloaded the app and there are great deals in the app. The food was great, and the kids loved, adding this restaurant to our meal rotation!
Place had a dirty feel. Tables not clean. Quick service. Food was good.

Went in on a Saturday for lunch. A couple were just ahead of us they waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the front to order. There was 1 employee sitting in the dining room playing loud music and 1 in the back no one else in the store but they were out of just about everything so we just left

7:24 pm wednesday July 9, 2025- the lady in the drive thru was SO rude. She was audibly getting upset that my boyfriend and I needed her to change something on our order, she kept deep breathing, raising her voice, and speaking in a condescending tone from the moment we pulled up to after she handed us our food. there were no cars there no one else inside the place isnt about to close and it didnt take us longer than 5 minutes to get through that whole interaction so i have no idea why she was so upset. it makes you anxious to eat food someone prepared for you when they act this way. she had a cherry reddish brown hair color.

This is by far the worst KFC in the area. I have been going to this KFC for years even worked there in my 20’s and it seems they either miss something, mess something up, or are just out of something and don’t tell me. I’ve had problems for the past 7 times I’ve gone and none of the employees seem to care about the mistakes. I’m done giving this location more chances. It’s Popeyes or centerton KFC for me and my household from now on.
