This was a surprisingly good experience. Its in a high traffic but awkward location. But rhe draw if the hot doughnuts sign was strong. Let me tell you, the freshness made it so worth the trip. They disintegrate in your mouth when they are that fresh. The staff was wonderful and courteous. If you need a treat dont let the traffic or lack of cars in the parking lot fool you. Drop in or visit the drive-thru especially when the hot sign is on. You won't be disappointed.

2nd time I hit the store when the hot sign is on and yet again donuts are not hot. You spend 17$ and ask for hot donuts and you get Luke warm donuts.

On Sunday, around 10 AM, I was served by an elderly woman who was very rude and threw the bag at me. If you don't have patience and don't know how to treat customers, don't work in customer service.

WOOD FOUND stopped in Wednesday morning. Got four cake donuts had the last one today and found a chunk of wood in it. Usually, when I go in there is a warm welcoming smile this time it was.more of please decide what you want but everyone has their day. I will be returning but do be ware i’m not sure how would it gets into a doughnut but it’s a bit ridiculous.

Lady in the drive through was very rude. Laughed at us when we ordered. She was literally cursing when we paid, and we were never given a receipt. Horrible customer service. Will not be going back.
