We’ve ordered their cakes and samosas for birthdays—always great! We’ve also tried their pizza a few times, and it’s been excellent. I highly recommend this place for cakes and pizza

I think they kept for namesake as they make falooda, they actually don’t know how to make it. Its better they keep the name as falooda shake cause there was no icecream or malai in it to eat, just like a juice

My rating was based on a past visit where I felt sick shortly after having an ice cream. I can’t confirm the exact cause now, but that was my experience back then. I appreciate the store checking in after all this time and hope things are good now.

Delicious ice cream and cakes with amazing flavor and presentation! The service was friendly thanks to ( Dewi, Rajesh, Andrew and all chefs) and the cake we ordered was a hit. Definitely recommend Kwality Ice Cream & Grill!

Ordered a Malai falooda. It just tasted like a vanilla milkshake with some frozen vermicelli and basil seeds in it. It is by far the worst falooda we ever had, by a mile. Should've trusted the reviews left here. The desserts served here are definitely not freshly made. The vermicelli and basil seeds were still frozen when we had the falooda. Went right in the trash. It's the same management as the restaurant next door. I hope they improve the 'quality' of this place before it takes the restaurant down with it !

I got the butterscotch cake today for new year to give kids but it was really bad.. the bread inside was worst and bad quality.. I never had such a bad cake in my last 10 years of stay..

yesterday we bought a 1KG butterscotch cake at this place, I have requested for a fresh cake and they said we prepared the cake just now,
but by the time when we bought the cake to home it got spoiled and getting bad smell
this place is so worst, please don’t buy any thing from this place

Worst pizza of my life! We ordered paneer tikka pizza, it just had plain paneer pieces on ready to bake crust. They made minimal effort into making this pizza, it was awful.

The food was okay. Portion sizes for the mediocre ice cream were ridiculously tiny. A single small scoop of ice cream will run you $3.29. Save yourself the trip and go to Andy's for more, better tasting options and 5 times the amount.
