I enjoyed the Chicken Carbonara which featured a classic Italian taste and a good mixture of salt and Alfredo, as well as well seasoned chicken. However, the flavor was somewhat lacking and I would consider it average. I do recommend trying.

Yum! We stopped here as we passed through on our way to Rogers and we are so glad we did! The sandwich, fried ravioli, and the Parmesan chicken bites were all so delicious. All fresh, flavorful food! And the owners were so welcoming and kind. We had plenty of room to park with our travel trailer, too. Great place, we will be back!

Their food truck came to our apartment. Having little experience of American or Italian food, I cannot give a detailed analysis or subjective review on the authenticity of the cuisine. However, I loved their lasagna and parmesan baked pasta. Both were reasonably priced but sumptuous, fresh and extremely delicious. The garlic bread was too salty. The truck was very clean and well maintained compared to others I have seen in this area. Service was good and fast. Will definitely order again.

I was working an event and they were nice enough to offer us some of the leftover food and it was incredible! I got to try the lasagna and a salad. I will definitely be looking for them in the future and showing all my friends.

I’m amazed they have the nerve to call this Italian food. They offered me thin noodles. I got flavorless spaghetti. I asked for vegetables and got squash so overcooked it was disgusting mush. The Alfredo sauce had no flavor or richness. Just watery slop. Then I’m assuming to add flavor they dumped a bunch of raw dried herbs on top of the “dish”. I’m assuming this cooks family loves her food but it should not be served for money.
