Las Palmas is always a solid choice for Mexican in NWA. We've been going there for years now. This last time the server was the best we've ever had. Her name is Jennifer. She was so sweet and attentive. I had shrimp fajitas and my husband had the carne asada burrito with green sauce. We both got large margaritas. They do have the best drinks in the area imo. So thankful for this place. It is always good. 10/10 highly recommend

Went here this evening for dinner and our waiter never checked on us once. Took him 10 minutes to come get our order. Other people that came in way after us with the same amount of people got their food before us. Then we get charged extra for food that was included in a meal. We live out of town and my son recommended it. But now we will not be back when we come to town. Very disappointed in the service and the food wasn't that great.
The line was incredibly long when I walked in so immedietly, I felt like the wait was gonna be long as well. I was quickly proven wrong as people moved forward fast and was met with a waiter. The restaurant was also busy but I got a drink a minute or 2 after a sat down. The waitress was very kind and took 5 peoples orders quickly without missing a beat. She also kept up with the chips and salsa the kids were devouring. Finally the price was reasonable especially for the amount of food I recieved. Going back next week for sure.

So I called and put an order for pickup. They told me 15 min. I show up in 15-17min. I see my order, and countless workers walk by me for about 10 min saying be right with you. Then when someone comes over they tell me to have a seat they be with me in a few. 10 more minutes go back and finally call me up. Not even sorry we are busy, I tell them the name, I pay and they tell me that’s my order and it just came out(which was a lie cause I saw it when I walked in. Now I get home, I ordered 1/2 of guacamole dip and they give me a container with 3 small scoops, which isn’t even near the 1/2. My grande burrito I asked for shredded chicken and light on the beans, I didn’t get extra chicken and they put extra beans. The chicken tasted like boiled chicken no seasonings on it, and instead of it being shredded it was like just these big chunks and the whole burrito was cold. The spicy queso sauce they just chopped up jalapeños and tossed them in the top. Now mind you it says spicy queso with jalapeños but it was just queso with them in it, which was cold. The chips that came with the guacamole tasted stale like they been sitting out for hours. I had high hopes cause of the good reviews but very disappointed, the food didn’t even taste like Mexican food. Off this experience I won’t be back and would not recommend this place at all, specially for take out!!

Las Palmas is always a favorite stop of ours!! Great atmosphere, service and excellent food! I had an issue with accidentally being over charged and they were very gracious and made it right! The manager, Cesar, was super friendly and took good care of me.
